Five stars is definitely well deserved. I switched to Oroville Ford after another dealer wanted to charge $5,000 over MSRP on a new vehicle in high demand and was unaware of the new vehicle options. Switching to Oroville Ford was a great choice.I reserved a vehicle and had little question about the vehicle during the long process or reserving and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. Victor with Oroville Ford was fantastic.Victor was great an answer questions and seeking out info if needed. There was little pressure to sell me the vehicle or additional services. Wow is all I will say! But actually I’ll say more because this was a great experience. I rarely do reviews but it takes a lot for me to do one!These guys are truly professionals in their business. I used to be in the auto industry for 8 years so it’s hard for me to shop for a car because quite frankly there are so many less than pleasant dealerships out there. I live in the Sacramento region and could not get a salesperson to call me back, or anyone to be straight up with me. Oroville Ford also has the truck I was looking for, but they were the first to get back to me and were the nicest and professional people I had come across. It’s a rare breed these days to find people who are proud of what they do and have great salesmanship. So I got an Uber to go and pick up my Ford F-150 from1.5 hours away from this dealership because they earned my trust that quickly. No messing around, no games, no shenanigans. Sean and Vince were a pleasure to work with and also the finance manager. When someone truly cares, it comes through in their work! Bravo guys!

I know we got our good days and bad days but when I actually took the vehicle for service, it was always end up staying at the shop much longer than I was told. I mean a promise one week turns to a month waiting on a part. its a Ford dealership, they should have warehouses with available part ready to be ship out. When the vehicle was at their shop longer than promise, none of the Fords staff call in to update of the situation. I have to call Fords dealership a few times to ask for updates. Long story short, I got irritated and raise my voice on the staff then he told me it will take one more week however, 2 days later Ford Dealership called and says it was finished. Theyre just not honest about the situation. I dont mind having the vehicle staying longer at their shop or pay a little more for the services if they were just honest about their work. I know so that being honest is what will keep their customers coming back.

This is the 2nd time I have come in and everyone is helpful, ask right away how they can help..and happy to do so!! Great customer service from the parts dept. today and service center prior, they even asked how our truck was running!! Very happy!!!

Great experience. Worked with Mike and Victor and everything went as smooth as could be. No gimmicks. Straight forward. Went for a test drive. Came back said I wanted the vehicle. And was out the door and driving away in my new car within an hour or so. Drove 2.5 hours for the car I wanted and will do again when the time comes to buy another one.

Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle that we told them we were very interested in. Arrived after a 3 hour drive to find it had just been sold. Dishonorable and unprofessional. They could have at least called or texted that they had another interested party, but no. Not even an apology or offer to pay for our gas. Thanks a lot, Devon and Victor.

Salesman Corry was very nice and pleased with his help. Not happy with the companys business practices! We just gave them cash for a down payment and they had no receipt to give us. They took a blank piece of paper with no letterhead and wrote $3,000.00 for a receipt with no complete detailed description as what the money is for and stapled their business card to it. They said they do business this way all the time and have no problems. We asked for our money back since they could only come up with a bogus receipt. We will not being doing business with them but will take it to someone who actually knows how to give an accurate, real receipt for money. Bad accounting practices makes me think what else is not done correctly?Whats really sad is that a family member had just bought a car and paid cash for it two weeks earlier and this is how we were treated when trying to purchase another car.

Spent double the price for the part and the manager at the parts department said he gave me everything. Then called today and he said. it doesn’t come with the bolts? Something a customer oriented person would say right. Maybe the manager needs to find a new job cleaning toilet bowls until he learns we pay his wage... I could of waited a day and got the whole this bolts and all for half the price. Now I’m driving another 4 hours to go get the parts I need I. A broke down vehicle. So if my engine blows it’s your fault.

Just ok,nothing special, average everything except their exceptionally HIGH prices. I saw many new vehicles with an extra dealer markup so vehicles are being offered at ABOVE sticker price.

Salesman Roy had the answers to GVWR, towing payloads and many others. Buying a new truck is an expensive proposition and I felt the prices were on mark and competitive. Ask for Roy the US Marine, great service and honest.

Made appointment they got me right in, they gave me a ride to rental place I didnt expect that .most time I have to call car rental for a ride .

However, there’s no contract (only a deposit per Chris) & it’s still on their lot?They choose to pull the bed off & lose $10k on the utility truck instead of selling to the customer standing in front of them & finding another regular chassis & truck bed!!! INSANEWent to Wittmeirer & purchased 2 vehicles instead. Will NEVER step foot at Ford Oroville again!

Brought a work truck in to have a sensor replaced, $500 estimate and promise it would be done same day (a Friday). Phone call right before close on same day. Whoops, when replacing the sensor they broke it and it went down into the exhaust. So now they have to pull the transmission on Monday to get to it. And now the bill is $1700 - yep, we get to pay for their mistake!! Talked to the manager and he dropped the LABOR price to $125/hour to fix what they broke. No call until Tuesday, they cant FIND the nuts to put it back together. Got the truck back Wednesday afternoon. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Im a VIP extended service plan that i paid extra for and this is the first for dealership that knew what it entailed and did an awesome job with a smile on their face!

I stood out there waiting for someone to come and speak with me and assist me but no one did. Im gonna get the new Ford Ranger but not from Oroville Ford.

Went into the dealership without any high expectations due to bad experiences with others. Let me tell you, Richard and Johnny (Toyota lot) cut to the chase and was upfront about everything. They showed me options, gave me the facts, and was so polite the whole time doing it. They stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure that everything was correct. Not once were they pushy about the sale. Not once did they make me feel less than. I was in the loop with everything that was being done and for that I want to say thank you! Such a great experience with them, I would recommend them over any one else.

They also let me test drive a bunch of different ones to see what i liked. They didnt have the truck i wanted but traded with a bay area dealer to get me the truck i wanted! Discontinued the part I needed

The guy was nice enough. He showed us the cars. We were interested in one car and asked what the cost out the door would be. He typed a bit on his computer and went to the back. He was back there for a long time. So long in fact that we left. It should have taken him a couple minutes to walk to the printer and come back. We waited for about 12 minutes and then walked to our car. He met us at our car. I feel he was making us wait on purpose.I feel he was watching us thru the big two way mirror. I dont like playing games. The same make and model car is almost $7,000 cheaper in Sacramento. To me that is worth a drive to check out the one in Sacramento.

This was the move I ever made! I only wish I did it sooner. It is a pleasure to drive it. This car is super on the road handles vey well very nice interior just a great car! The people at Oroville the best. I got the automobile I wanted with no pressure from anyone. Just a very good place to get a car!

I would not recommend Oroville Ford. Made an appointment to take my f250 in for an alignment. They spend 4 hours on it and released it but the alignment still wasnt right. Charged me for it too. Brought it back and it took 6 days before I got the truck back for an alignment, 6 days for an alignment. Then tried to pass it off as a warranty claim, but then not refund the original charge. Dont get me wrong, I told them it was my fault I was fine with paying for the alignment. But when its not right after I paid for the service. Then take 6 more days and try to pass it off as a warranty claim. But wait, blame the tires right. Why did it take 6 days? Should had said that the first 4 hours it took for the lack of service. Sorry, wont earn anymore of my business. For service, buying a new car in the future, or a recommendation.

I took my 2006 Ford Explorer in to repair a leaking transmission cooler line fitting, I was told that this fitting is built in to the radiator and could not be replaced separately. So I set an appointment to have the radiator replaced to fix the issue with the leaking transmission fluid. After I got my vehicle back the transmission continued to slip, this was a Saturday. There wasnt a place to get it taken care of open so I bought the fluid pump and fluid. The transmission took 4 quarts of fluid before it ran out of the transmission at temperature.(Sealed transmission). I took it back in and they checked it and made sure things were working properly. After the issue was taken care of Ford offered me a partial refund to make things right.

Just recently purchased a Titanium Ford Fusion from the Oroville Ford Team. A special shout out to Victor, Vince and Zach. The sales guys did a great job of making it a low pressure purchasing experience. Vince pulled off the quickest finance deal Ive ever personally had and didnt serve up any hard sale tactics when it came to add ons. Still bought the extended warranty gold package, and felt satisfied with the price and Vinces explanation of what I got. We will be future customers.

Took my car for service last week and had to leave for work before it was ready on a Friday afternoon so I paid for it and they said they would leave my keys at the sales desk I can pick it up on Saturday morning. Well somehow between Friday afternoon and Saturday they lost my keys so now someone in Oroville has my car keys and my house key that was attached. They are getting me another car key but that doesnt change the fact that my house key and car key are missing

Brought my truck in alarm working fine. picked my truck up the next day and the alarm keeps going off at random times. I called talked to the service manager he told me if i wanted them to figure out what is wrong they will charge me $96 to diagnose the problem.
