Attempted to setup an appointment. A time was set but absolutely none of the specifics were noted for the mechanics to look over. The lady sounded irritated before i picked up the phone to call kinneys and was quick to leave the phone, when i called to make sure the appointment was still on she said the time of the appointment and had no details. i asked for a quote on a rack an pinion she put me on hold an never called back. After about an hour i called back an when i said my name an car was hung up on. Not sure why someone who doesnt wanna be on the phone is on the phone desk. Ill have to look further for a auto repair.

Very honest shop and they charged me only to check the electrical wiring when they had the opportunity to charge me more. The truck was fine the problem was with the key and thats what they charged me. Love this place. Beverly is super smart.

I called for a tune up and i didnt mind being put on hold for 5 min but i did mind how the lady who answered spoke to me. I just wanted to gladly pay them for their services. The lady did not make me feel like i was making a good choice. Didnt even sound like she had a bad day. It was just how she handles the customers. thanks but no thanks.

The mechanics are great and know what their stuff, however the lady who manages the auto shop knows NOTHING AT ALL. She stated that a my U joint could be replaced even though my first mechanic said the whole Drive shaft must be replaced. she then expected me to pay her for not doing any work on the car simply saying that she cant order the U joint and the shaft must be replaced. I find her automotive business to be very untruthful. if you are looking for a place to get your car fixed I highly recorded Affordable Automotive in Chico.
