I will never go anywhere else. They were so helpful and just generally kind and informative. I needed some repairs done. They referred me to Cook Auto Repair in Oroville. I went right over there and they started the repairs right away. I was so amazed. When I came to pick my vehicle up, Rex at Cook Auto had even got my smog done for me at B & G. I was speechless. What a great group of people working together to get the job done. Thanks to B&G and Cook Auto Repair. Loved the way I was treated.☺

Fast and friendly service until I found out they forgot to shut the hood all the way on my car. I did call them back to inform them about it. I could had lost my hood on the highway and possibly got into a car accident because of it.

Good quick service, friendly atmosphere

By far the best smog shop in Oroville and the best smog shop Ive ever been to. They are both amazing people so friendly and so funny and kind. I wouldnt go anywhere else the only complaint I would ever have is I wish theyd stayed open a little later that way I didnt have to take a day off work or go somewhere else. They both brighten up my day and make it so much better thank you two for being amazing.

The Service was Great, Fast, in-expensive & Friendly!They took care of me within seconds after another vehicle comes out.It is a small shop, yet in-expensive for Smog! When Smog my vehicle, the process was fast, simple and easy. I didnt wait long.Gina and Brett was very friendly. I got away with $0.25 because she doesnt want to break it from a $5.00. I would Definitely return and will definitely recommend this small shop to EVERYONE compared to the bigger shops! I will pay back my $0.25 next time I return. Lady at the front is a sweetheart! Its def a mom and pop shop with good down-home value. I only paid $40 to smog! She let me bring my little dog in and gave her treats! Such a difference in customer service at a place like this vs a big corp. There is a genuine feeling that they not only care about your car, but you as a person. Genuine good/friendly people, I thought an honest smog was the place to go until I had a poor experience there and was suggested B&G by a trusted mechanic. Very pleased with my experience, solid people.
