Called to ask if there was a specific tool to remove a Vac-Lock other than channel lock pliers. They had no idea.

The water testing at this location is the most reliable of any Leslies Ive ever been to. The staff from the manager on down are all REALLY knowledgeable about pool water chemistry. I do whatever they tell me to do and my pool is clean and safe with minimal effort! They know their sh**! 🙂

I’ve been a long time Leslie Customer but over on the east side of Tucson . Recently I’ve moved over to the Oro Valley area and went to Leslie because I’ve started having pool issues even though I have someone coming to take care of the pool . Lisa did the water test fine but she started asking me questions about what was in the water and how I treated it and I said I have a pool person to take care of it and she said well they don’t normally take care of phosphorus but it needs to be sorted and she mentioned that I was low on chlorine . I’ve had questions about my pool man for a while so I wanted to ask her a couple more questions about the Hayward system that they had installed ages ago and about some of the questionable issues I’m having right after the pool man has been . There’s nothing technical about what I was asking or anything like that and while I was asking her the questions and showed her a picture on my phone she started helping another customer . This is Lisa the store manager that I was talking to that decided to completely ignore me while she helped somebody else . It had gotten busy while I was there so I have to think that’s why she totally blew me off and then she told me that I had to and needed to go to Pool school and pay $150 to have someone come to my house and help me out. The questions I had could easily have been answered by someone in the store . I will go back and try Leslie‘s pool again and hope that I am better received .

This location is great. Lisa was friendly and very knowledgeable. She drew my attention to the concentration of the product. They carry stronger products and so, she let me know how to use it. She also asked for my rewards number (which I usually forget to give at other establishments).

Ive been pleased with the service at each of the several Leslies Ive been to. They are knowledgeable and give good advice. They have about everything you need for pool care. A great service in the Tucson area.

Found the right Backwash valve O-ring after a bit investigating. The store had the kit but was packaged wrong...two same size O-ring when it really needed one smaller size to fit the plunger...Anyway got it figured out
