My husband Contacted about window tint by calling and the person only wanted to text instead. Had an appointment to meet for tinting. Informed that I didnt Have a garage or covering at the location we were meeting at but I did Have one about 20min away. He said he could do it just fine-the appointment was at 4pm and we waited in the rain for him even with us calling and no response so once it started raining harder we left and went to another location and I informed him that we were could all head to the home that had a garage which was only 15-20min away & when he map quested it I guess it showed up as 30min on his end (which means he was way farther than what he told us and wouldn’t of been on time for our original appointment anyway) and I guess For him it was too far and he said he couldn’t do the extra 10min so he cancelled and I tried To reschedule with him THREE TIMES with no response. He saw the text but didn’t respond. We aren’t going to beg anyone to take our money. I tried giving a chance but it was too unprofessional. All the texting allowed too much room for confusion, then the cancelling and no rescheduling. I would Have been ok with just paying extra for the extra distance he would of had to drive being that he is Mobile it was strange he wouldn’t want to drive and just allow us to pay extra. Keep in mind he had already previously said that zip code was in his area and was ok.

Showed the tint on the their business vehical as a refrence to help the buyer understand the percentage, legal requirment, and cleaning for longevity of tint to prevent discoloration and bubbling. They don’t answer the phone they took forever to text back I made a appointment they confirmed it and never showed up very unprofessional you can’t talk to anyone they just want to text I cleared my whole schedule to get this done on my only day off and they didn’t show up
