Everyone was super kind at the shop. I did 3M ceramic to all the windows in my Tesla Model 3. I actually had friend text me that she saw me driving and she loves the look of my car. It is so nice to get compliments before I even get home. The drive was nice as I could not really feel the Florida sun on the drive even in summer. Thank you for the work you did on my car.

The staff was friendly and professional from the start. When walking in for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted by name. We then reviewed the car and the work.I have a Tesla Model 3 and other shops either will not tint the back window or will only do a portion of it. The other shops also said they could do the glass roof above the drivers seat, then change their mind when they looked at it. Tinterz didnt flinch and said they would be able to knock it out and have done several Teslas in the past. When you look at their website, you will see that. They already had one Model 3 in the workshop when I arrived and it looked fantastic. When my Model 3 was done, it looked fantastic as well.If you have a Tesla and want it tinted correctly with quality 3M products, this is the place to go. I will be returning in the near future to get our other car (non-Tesla) done as well.

Brought my Model Y here after a friend recommended this shop to me. It was reassuring to see they worked on a lot of Tesla’s. I ended up getting full window tints, PPF, ceramic coating and chrome deleted the emblems. Diana was pleasant over the phone and explained everything while I was in the store. Owner was also informative and explained to me his recommendations over the phone. Customer service was excellent and the store very clean. Would recommend for future vehicles.

They were able to take me same day which was attractive. I was quoted the job would take 2.5 hours which I thought was excessive. The shop is immaculate and the employees were extremely professional. The job was slightly higher than others but the skilled employees and clean shop/waiting room made it worth it.

Excellent customer service. I did not have an appointment for that day but I called at 1:36PM to see if they had an opening. The representative mentioned she could fit me in at 2PM. I rushed in right away and was taken care of immediately. The process was great and educational. No hassle or pressure. Beat of all, I was taken to their workshop to see some of their finished products. It was excellent to see their work.They finished the tints on my car within a reasonable time and explained everything. Keep in mind that I called numerous companies that day, but they were either to busy or did not have availability.The tints look great and thanks to them I was able to get them done the same day and not wait another week. It came out absolutely flawless, they were so professional and personal. You don’t get treated like an assembly line here. Diana at the front desk is amazing and very friendly. Always there to answer all my questions and concerns. I recommended my colleagues and friends to come here and they did and they all had wonderful experiences. Highly highly recommend! Yes you pay a bit more than others but really, use your head. If something is cheap it’s usually because you’re paying for cheap quality. Tinterz is reasonably priced for the work and quality they provide. Also, wanted to add on Marwan the owner is the man. Someone broke into my Mercedes and smashed the window, marwan re tinted it for me no problem the next day. I’m definitely coming back for more work to be done on my car . The manager was really nice. She showed me multiple different options. Also very knowledgeable about the product and honest. I waited in the lobby cause she told me it would take 2 hours and it did. I was able to work and wait for my car to finish. She also took me to the back aid showed me exactly what my car would look like.

Tinterz is the place to go for a fantastic tint job. I brought in my full size SUV for tinting and they did an amazing job at an affordable price. When we first arrived, Diana greeted us with a friendly hello and went through the options and gave us her expert advice at picking and choosing our tint. We chose a heat reduction tint and immediately noticed the difference. Tinterz did such a great job that my husband and I returned back 2 weeks after and got out windshield tinted. Due to my car not having any tints I had to get them with this Florida sun and all. When I first came in they had a beautiful lobby that was so clean and neat, Diana happily greeted me at the front door and as we began talking she took the time to explain each tint, how they worked, showed me how they would look, and explained the pricing. Although they were on the expensive side, looking for tints that were reliable and that I know down the line if I needed to get them replaced they wouldn’t be expensive. With the life time warranty, heat reduction, and privacy it just made me so much happier getting in my car. Not to mention that they work so fast! I was in and out with my car in under 2 hours!

I love my new windows. I got ceramic tint to help with heat deflection. My car is noticeably cooler and darker. Great business to deal with and pricing was lower than expected!

Diana was AMAZING! I have to say before getting my windows tinted I interviewed several tint shops. None offered the level of service and care that Tinterz did. The owner himself took time to walk me around and show me several examples of the tint level I wanted in cars that had already been done. I got my Tesla Model Y Tinted and fully wrapped the whole Tesla with PPF paint protection and ceramic coat the whole car… They did a fantastic job. I am so glad I did. Ive been traveling back and forth from Orlando to Jacksonville for work. The PPF paint protection saved my car paint job from all the bugs and debris on the road. The car still looks good and like it did when I picked up the car from Tinterz. I actually took of photo of the front bumper somewhere on I95 while I was charging because the car still looks good!

My friend had her windows tinted on her car about a week ago. I came along for support and to help her with her decision on what shade to choose. The 2 girls that handle the front were awesome. I believe their names were Diana and Genesis. They were very helpful and polite. But the problem was once the owner showed up. I believe his name was Marwan or something like that. What an arrogant S.O.B! Not very friendly! He acted like he was doing you a favor for allowing your car in his shop! Then there was the office manager! For starters she’s not very educated and has poor people skills. She was just as bad! Very rude! Well to make a long story short. 1.There quality was average at best! Way overpriced for THAT quality of work!2. Let the girls handle the customers. They are cuter and not jerks like the other two.

I will say that they are perfectionist so they may remove something they have done and redo it which may extend the time by 10 minutes but is that really a bad thing. The tint looks factory done and a life time warranty.
