Poor customer service. The gentleman actually said. You should bend over and let them have a try. All cause I told him I was shopping around and I had been quote less. Just cause you roll in a nice vehicle, does not mean over price me. My question is how do these people stay in business. 89.99 labor charge and quoted me 700 for an alarm install. Please look else where. Place is all looks with no customer service oriented.

Horrible customer service. Paid $350 to have my radio installed and all of a sudden the music in my car stopped working. Took it back to them under the so called warranty. They ripped the radio out, wanted another $90 for doing so, shoved it back in and now my music, rear-view camera and steering wheel controls do not work (didnt even have the decency to re-wire correctly). Very rude individuals, will now have to pay someone else to wire everything properly due to their negligence.

They know alot about the products and the company i work with had great service for a dvd player to be installed .my issues have arisen when i need a product ordered from them i have been told five different things on when it will arrive .to my knowledge ups has a tracking number for the product i ordered for our customer ! this issue has been almost a week and still havent got any thing so im in the dog house with our customer!

Super impressed with the service. Got the Kenwood excelon DDN992, some components a couple of 6.5 and two CVR 10s. JL amp for the speakers and a kicker for the subs. Custom built enclosure behind the back seat. Left the truck at 9 when they opened. Three guys working on it. Took all day but they stuck with it. Friendly staff. Theyll get my audio business for any needs in the future.

Let me start off by saying that I am a professional tradesman so I know a thing or two about craftsmanship, professionalism and customer service. The staff here ROCKS! The showroom and customer lounge is clean. There are big glass doors so you can see everything going on in the shop. It really is a classy place of business.I already knew going in what I wanted. (the owner) sat down with me and went through all the options available to me. He listened and let me make my choices and then made an offer that was more than fair. He then walked me over to John who took my order. John set up my appointment, ordered all the hardware and had everything ready when I showed up for my appointment. The day of the install John walks me through everything that they are going to install and this is where it gets good. I had changed my mind on how I wanted to store my music library. Instead of plugging my iPhone 5 into the unit I wanted to use an iPod Classic for storage which uses a totally different interphase cable. This is a special order cable. John didnt flinch. I heard him making many calls. (A+ EFFORT)The end poduct is: he got it done and it sounds great!The installer is a PRO. Afterwards he took the time to show me the basic functions and made sure I was satisfied.This is just phase 1 of my project. I am planning on new amps, speakers, sub system as well as a backup camera.
