A-1 Orange Exterior Building Services (“A-1”) has been performing window washing, pressure washing and painting services for EastGroup Properties, here in Orlando and Altamonte Springs, for over ten years. They help us maintain over 40 buildings, equating to almost 3 million square feet.We appreciate real service. We expect information that is accurate and factual. Once an agreement has been made to deliver a product or a service, we expect our suppliers to honor their commitments; A-1 has met and surpassed all of our expectations. Their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond when we have “situations” arise speaks for itself. Their on-site crews and office staff never hesitate to offer helpful solutions and suggestions to our Management Team, which makes our job that much easier.
