Alex did an amazing job on both the driveway and the pool deck!! He took his time and even worked under large pieces of furniture so we didnt have to move them. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions; in fact, once he was finished, he walked me around to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. If we werent moving in a few months we would most definitely use him again! Great company- they even got us in the very next day after we called, and the price is fantastic for the work done! Remarkable service and results. Called on Wednesday and on Saturday our driveway and pool deck looked as good as new. Alex added the special touch. I discovered TRT while searching for a reputable house washing company in Windermere. Within a few minutes I was booking the service on their easy to use site and found the pricing to be affordable. I spoke to their office to clarify a few things since this was my first time booking the service.Johnny arrived an hour early and called prior to let me know, which worked out great for my schedule. Extremely polite and attentive to the various areas of the house including the back patio.He did some extra work on the patio that he said wasn’t ordered but it was an extra process to get all of that black mold off the patio. He also said that that black stuff could be a safety hazard if we were to walk on it when wet. Very attentive guy.We are beyond happy with the results and super appreciative of all the work Johnny did for us today. Update 12-11-2020 - although the window washing was well done, there was an issue with payment. Not only were we charged for our work, this company also charged us for another job.... to a tune of an additional $549.00They are working to reverse the charges to us but talk about a major inconvenience especially right here at Christmas. Our windows had not been cleaned since we moved in almost 5 years ago. In a little over 1 hour they have been beautifully transformed!! TRT did a great job considering the cost. I had them clean my windows. But they only clean the outside so it still required a little bit of work from me which is fine. Only thing I would do differently next time is after I remove and clean the screens I recommend pre treating areas with a cleaning agent with heavy mold and debris especially on the second level. Its almost impossible for them to get it all with a ladder and a pole which I understand. If youre looking for someone to assist you with a difficult window cleaning job then I highly recommend them. Charles was very professional and thorough. And honestly I dont think I could beat the price for that level of service. Yes, I would use them again.

Bailey took pride in his job as if he were the owner himself. Not something you see a lot of nowadays. He had to work very hard to get that Florida Funk off my windows. There was a lot of build up on quite a few of the windows. He moved all of my patio furniture in the front and back of the house. There was a large amount of weeds growing through the pavers that Bailey got out without damaging my screened porch. He carefully removed and put back all of my furnishings. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and high quality performance from Bailey. I knew when the owner personally came to my door to do the evaluation and inspect my windows and areas needing pressure washing that this was the company I was going with. They took good care of me and have pride in their job and service. Great job!! And very good prices. When I saw the reviews and rating, I thought for a moment that it wasn’t real. Trust me, they are for real. They earn their rating and beyond. Very happy.

We had our driveway pavers cleaned and sealed. Ricardo was my technician and he did an excellent job. He pressure washed and sanded the pavers, added new joint sand, and applied 2 coats of sealant. Our pavers look great and really stand out from our neighbors unsealed pavers. I would recommend TRT and Ricardo to anyone looking to clean and protect their driveway!

Choosing this company was a great decision. They came out yesterday to do my driveway, sidewalks, patios, and fence and everything looks fantastic. I also had my windows cleaned and am very impressed with how everything turned out. Johnny did a great job, especially considering there were a couple of interruptions for nearby lightning.I called on a Friday morning and Caleb was at my house same day to provide an estimate. Their pricing is fair and very competitive with companies Ive used previously. What made me feel the most comfortable was Calebs willingness to listen to my concerns about the use of chlorine for the cleaning due to asthma. He made me feel confident it wouldnt be a problem and even offered to add an apple scent to the chemicals to help mask any harmful smells. Im pleased to say that even being outside to talk to Johnny a couple of times, I had no issues with the smell.Johnny showed up on time, did great work, and Ill definitely use TRT again in the future.

My roof was covered in black dirt and some pretty thick mold. Baily from TRT did a great job. TRT communication was great. They emailed and called me to remind me of my appointment time and when it appeared they were going to be late I received another call letting me know. The technician Baily was very professional. They did not make a big mess and was done in under an hour.

I hired TRT to clean my driveway and pool enclosure and deck. After a few nasty notes from my homeowners association about the driveway I contacted them and quickly got a very reasonable quote. They came out this morning right at the time they said they would be here. My tech Bailey was great! Got right to work and cleaned everything wonderfully. My driveway looks like freshly poured concrete. I don’t think it was that clean when I bought the house! I will have them back out to do my roof when it is time. Bailey from TRT pressure washed our front and back porches, sidewalks, and driveway. Our porches were heavily mildewed and the concrete was dirty. Bailey pre-treated our porches and then scrubbed them mechanically. My husband and I were extremely pleased and will definitely use this cost effective company again. Excellent experience using this company to have the outside of my windows cleaned. Caleb explained everything very thoroughly before and after the work was done. He also removed and then replace all of our screens throughout the house which was a huge help since I have no idea how to work our windows! He even went as far as to explain the best way for me to clean the inside of the windows myself, but I had such a positive experience that next time Im going to schedule both inside and outside cleaning.
