Took great care of me and my car! I had my tires replaced here back in 2019 and it was time again to get them replaced now June 2021 ! Definitely recommend they were able to do everything in one day, dropped off car in the early morning and was ready for pickup at noon. This is my second visit, and both times have been fantastic! My tires tread was coming off. Instead of just showing up, I called to make sure I could get a new tire. They were able to order it the same day and have it delivered in less than two hours. As a traveling nurse, I had to cancel all of my appointments for the day. So, I was overjoyed that everything was completed on the same day.

2010 Silverado 4x4 on 33s - front end alignment.its been over a year since my truck felt this good! I knew the moment I grabbed the steering wheel... like the truck itself was centered hahanailed a stump offroading and alignments have been a nightmare since. even replaced the front end myself. control arms, tie rods, bearings.still pepboys in Celebration held my day then they couldnt do it even though I gave them EVERY detail. guy just shrugged wen pressed for more information.went to firestone in clermont 3 times across 3 weeks yet 6 months later my front tires were still bald on the outside. it seems they fudged my numbers just so I wouldnt come back. truck always felt slightly off, enuf to wonder but not be sure. guy even said he adjusted the steering wheel. bull, thing is on splines and I know he didnt remove the airbag to get to the nut.however, this store was very professional, up front, and timely. Andrew answered every question about my trucks condition with zero snowballing AND the job was done perfectly!

Very good service. The mechanic and service writer/specialist were professional and honest with me. They showed me what parts were bad to the Nth Degree of detail. I was pleased with the service. I was out by 230 pm. The work complete as promised. I walked in around 8AM with a few vehicles in front of me. Of course, I expected them to be serviced first. To get a 4 wheel break job completed within a few hours after waiting for parts to be delivered and other cars to be serviced in front of you, was very good. At first I went to CarMax who sold me the vehicle 3 1/2 years ago. They told me I couldnt get any service on my vehicle for 7 to 10 days, which was UNACCEPTABLE TO ME AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Previously I had gotten all my work done there.. but not again. I will trust Action Gator Tire for the rest of my service care on this vehicle.

Ive visited Action Gator Tire on S. Orange twice now and my issues have been handled perfectly! My first issue (some months ago) was a screw in my tire that had to be removed and patched. The rims on my car are aluminum and black in color, so a they have to be a little extra careful. The patch was applied with great care (yes, I watched from a distance) and the cost of repair was incredibly generous. My second issue was a tire that had a be slashed by road debris *and* a screw near the sidewall. Unfortunately, this required a tire replacement. Action Gator was able to get the same exact tire by the next morning and installed by noon. Great price, great service!

I came in close to closing on a Friday for a slow leak in a tire. Initially I was told they wouldnt be able to get to it until the following day. I dont have a ride home and I had to drive to Ormond Beach the next day. I asked if they would just air it up for me then I would come back when timing was better.While airing the tire one of the guys noticed a nails. I noticed my tired was going flat and pulled into Action Gator Tire. Andrew came over and helped right away. He removed my tired and place my spare tire on. He told me they were busy but work fix my fast leak before they closed for the day. 30mins later I received a call that my tire was fixed. Andrew did a wonderful job fixing tire and checking all my tires to make sure the pressure was good. Andrew was very helpful, personable and professional the whole time. I will return to Action Gator Tire.

I’ve bought tires here over the past year or two and liked their prices and service. It’s very convenient being located half a mile from my job, so I don’t have to take it to the Hyundai dealership for services not covered by warranty. When my brakes started to get near the end of their life six months ago, I took my car to Action Gator to get a quote, but held off on the job. When I went back this past Friday, I joked with the person behind the counter about whether the price would be the same, less or more than pre-Covid-19. He said he would match the price of $420. I thanked him and gave him the go-ahead.When I went to pick up my car, a different person behind the counter said I owed them $498.98. I told him I was quoted $420 and then he replied there’s tax on top of that. “$80 in tax?,” I replied. He then pulled out a calculator and started adding: $159.95 for front brake service, $176 for brake pads/rotors, $89.99 for brake flush/refill, $30.45 for tax and $42.59 for shop supplies. “Shop supplies? Nobody told me about that.” He then pointed to a little sign on the counter which stated 10% would be automatically added to all jobs. I wasn’t going to start a big argument, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. When asked the price, I should have been told “$425.94 plus a 10% shop supply fee plus tax,” not simply $420. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I recently purchased a set of new tires for my vehicle. Action Gator had a helpful website, great variety of brands and very competitive prices. I chose to initially purchase here since I live so close and the price was good. However, the excellent customer service by the friendly and knowledgeable Victor really made my experience worthy of a 5 star rating. Highly recommend and will definitely return again.

I live in west palm and due to a family emergency in 2015, I had to travel to Orlando while needing new tires. I called Gator and explained my time restrictions and exactly what tires I wanted. They got my tires in and mounted while being very caring and respectful of the situation I was in at the time. That goes a long way with me and I am still driving back and forth numerous times a year. I stop by and they rotate my tires and look for any issues. I had them put a second set on in 2017 and just this past weekend I visited them for a 3rd set. I talked with Brian about trying out a new brand to me because my beloved bfg at tires are just not made for all the miles I rack up and he gave me his advice based on my needs. So far so good! Ill stick with Gator as long as this great group of people are there behind the scenes!

I went to Action Gator Tire off of a referral and now they are my go to tire shop. They are honest and have fair pricing. Sometimes, the service is a little slow but they keep you updated throughout the process.

Brought our car in to have the alignment checked. Took about an hour to get the car checked and adjusted. Price was very reasonable and the did a great job.

There was an unfortunate incident that cause my car not to be finished properly the first round, but they fixed the issues after that quickly and without any added costs. They even did a fair amount of standard maintenance work at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. Kyle was polite, professional, and sympathetic and Brian was always cheery and eager to help. As long as Im in Orlando, this is where I will go for car repairs.

I always hate going to mechanic shops because Im waiting hours to get my oil changed and they always want to sell me something I dont need. About a week ago I stopped by on my way home from work with a flat tire and was expecting to have to buy a new one. Lucas took amazing care of me! Ive been in twice now. One for an oil change and two for a nail in my tire. The first one I had an appointment for and the second one I did not. But I pulled right in and Kyle was quick to help. I had my kids in the car and he came right over to assess my situation. He told me he could order the tire and I could come back.
