Nice place to stay. Can use a little dusting, however enjoyable vacation place.

I didnt rent but had a airbnb and I love the peaceful weekend I shared with my friends for the ladies weekend.

Very good place to stay in Florida if you are after the Universal Studio and Disney. my wife stepped on a little snake while we are walking outside near the entrance so watch your steps especially at night.

Nice big apartments and a pretty good location. However, the apartment we stayed in, which I hope isnt the standard here, was not cleaned properly with food leftovers in the carpet, lots of dust everywhere and sheets with little beads that rubbed against your skin. The kitchen equipment was also very poor with damaged frying pans, dull knifes (to the extent I could barely chop a carrot) and a lot of broken and dirty items in random drawers. It was also a very dark apartment with poorly placed lighting, especially in the bathroom.

I just visited and didnt stay but the apartment l was in was roomy, clean and nicely furnished. I didnt see the pool but the people l was with really enjoyed their time there.

We will definitely stay here again when we come back. It was about the same as a hotel but you get so much more. The pool and jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and the bar was great. You can shuttle or uber to anywhere in the orlando area so we didnt even rent a car which saved us in parking fees and the hassle. We had a great time.

Room is very nice, resort itself not so much. Employees are rude, cant drink anywhere accept in your from or at the pool, where you arent allowed to bring your own drinks, or food. So you can buy them for 12 bucks each at the bar. Been to a few resorts/condos and this was the worst experience by far, like they train their workers to be snotty. The hot tub is very small for a place with this many rooms. And last but not least, the entire floor smells like garbage, because there is garbage bins for each room OUTSIDE in the hall, makes no sense. Edit to add, well drop it to one star. Pool has been freezing cold all week, and we tried to tell them. They denied for some reason and said its always set at 85 degrees. Well in Friday our last day, the pool is closed all day because they are working on the heater! Which is broke ofcourse. Cant believe we paid for this place, and they said nothing about it being cold all week.

Absolutely beautiful. Everything is nearby. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment. Very comfortable. If I could give it more stars I would! Definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting Orlando.

Condo was great, appliances not the best and a couple box springs old. which is why I am giving it 4 not 5. Overall resort very nice, clean, secure and right next to venue of our event. Will be staying again next year.

This place is amazing! They have everything you can ask for, including tickets for all the parks (many thanks to Ms. Renae from Expedia!) Its close to everything, restaurants, stores, but also has many amenities on site. We would definitely stay here again!

We just spent a few days at Vista Cay, very disappointed that we were allowed to check in to a unit with a known (just reported by their inspector prior to our arrival) AC problem. After our arrival, we noticed the place was too warm for comfort, so we set the thermostat a few degrees cooler and went out to tour the local area. On returning, we found the door open & a repairman working on the unit inside. After several hours working on it, many times in and out the door, he said he had fixed it temporarily and hoped it would work through our stay. We asked him how he knew the AC wasnt working properly as we hadnt called, he said hed been notified by the management company of the problem! What? Why had they allowed us to check into this unit with known AC problems? We were out for most of the next 2 days of our vacation, only in the unit for sleeping...the AC operation was marginal at best. Had we stayed longer in this unit or been in the room more, we definitely would have complained to the management company. But we didnt want a service guy in and out of our unit for many hours again or to have to pack up move to another unit and un-pack again on a short 3 day vacation. Rooms and unit were generally nice and spacious, could use ceiling fans and a much larger TV in living room. One kitchen counter light not working. Some odd wall markings/damage in several locations. Noise transmitted quite a bit from hallways and upstairs unit. Pool area OK. Would we stay here again, probably not without assurances that everything, particularly the HVAC system was working properly.

Enjoyed out stay. It was centrally located and not too busy. The shopping area nearby was a huge plus.

[EDIT] - wanted to draw attention to Vista Cays response - important note and information as other units could have a much better experience than I had.I stayed here as part of a company trip for a conference. All-in-all it wasnt a bad stay, and the publix nearby is very convenient. When I arrived the beds in the particular room I was staying in had balls of grey dust on them which fell from the HVAC vent above. Later when I went to bed I found a few small bugs crawling on me, which ended up being ants. Fortunately there were only a few, but it was unnerving until I figured out they werent anything worse. The common shower seemed a bit ill-maintained, but functional. Once I got past the ants the first night I was able to sleep well subsequent nights.

Broken bed/mattress (massive indentation creating back and joint pain), very wobbly ceiling fan that rattled a lot, water dispenser in fridge door would randomly keep dispensing after Im done, some random dude coming by to ask for weed, outlets in dining area didnt work, dont depend on the utensils there for your use (both can openers didnt work, one fell apart). Their sundries shop massively price gouges; example: $16 for a 6 oz bottle of sunblock. Never returning.

Stayed here in 2012 for a conference down the street at the Rosen Shingle- my Condo cost half what their tiny rooms did and I had a garage to park in. Convenient access to tollways and restaurants. Will stay here again in 2016!

Units were very big with multiple rooms, felt like a house. Was so nice to have some room rather than be cramped in a one room hotel. Cars are an absolute must to get around this area...not walkable atmosphere. Pools were good. What I didnt like was their nickle and diming of fees on everything. Resort fee was expensive and it got you a typical pool that is included for free at many hotels. Info sheet in room lists all the things you can get charged extra fees on so we were afraid to touch things. Check out is at 10 am-thats early for vacation, you can ask for an hour extra but anything more is a fee. My room wasnt ready till 5pm and no apology or offer to take off resort fee for a day.

A great place to stay, where summer 2016 apartment in a complex of 3 rooms and a lounge 3 bathrooms and kitchen fully furnished furnished complex includes a large swimming pool and a sports center, the fact I recommend to live in it.
