Worst company ever and very very unprofessional if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. I have been outside this business since 4:46pm waiting on someone to services me. I called the business number and was informed that the lady that works the front desk is gone for evening and I had to wait until he returned to get serviced. Which would take him 20 mins I have now waited over 20 mins and still haven’t been serviced. The get back to the place of business he acted so nonchalant about everything. Then had the nerves to been on his cell phone instead of handling business. Stayed on his phone the entire time he serviced me. They don’t care about their clients.

This might be the worst towing company in the world, I was informed on Saturday that it would cost $155 to get my car, after going to the DMV and clearing things out. I came to the place on the first working business day again which was a Monday they change the the fee from $155 to $245. They charge me $100 administration fee and they dont have a credit card machine they will ask you to pay with cash so the state dont know how they charge. Their office is a junkyard next to sewer.

For context, we were in the process of getting plates for our new vehicle but felt like our car was in danger of theft from owner of this unknown, unmarked sticker. Anyone can print a sticker like this. No phone number, no contact, no name, nada. Power towing is a privately owned one man business that removes cars from apartments and leaves no trace or chance of contact.

Hilaire volcy is very disrespectful MF, he has no customer service skills and been rude. If you ever see him around your car call 911. Hes just an angry money guy i do not recommended power towing.

They tow my sisters car from her complex for no reason and a Messed Up her bumper and grille now they claiming they did not do that

Just bad service clueless about how business work they are let lose like a bunch of jungle animals of course with license to rob innocent people.To all of the customers that put reviews below there are laws for tow companies if you get your car towed unfairly take pictures and you can go to the courthouse and pay to get your car bonded out instead of paying the tow company read the statute make sure there are tow signs visible regardless once you go to court the judge will appoint a court date in 30 days you have your car back and also you would have a court date these idiots have no clue about how the Law works thats why the city of Orlando and Orange County came up with these new laws to stop these tow companies from hurting innocent people right now it is illegal to do a tow away from a private home or from a business or an apartment unless they have paperwork contracts approved by the city or county in order to perform such tasks if you get your car towed away call the police and if the police doesnt do anything you go downtown and bond your car out it is perfectly legal.Tallahassee has done a complete revamp of the towing laws throughout the whole state of Florida because of these Crooks and youd be amazed how these guys would preach the gospel and brag about how they believe in God

I called 7 towing companies to remove an abandoned vehicle from my driveway. Power Towing was the only one willing to deal with it.Merci beaucoup, Hilaire.

I wish I could give they sorry behind less. They towed my moped away from my apartment complex didnt say anything about it, then have a nerve to drop it on the gate and scratch my whole motorcycle up. When I called to check them about it, the guy act like he dont know. When I have previous photos up to date ones and was recording the whole time he was towing it. I should call and have this company shut down for life. Volcy. Is the driver who took my moped and damagedit. For they sake they need to fix that or this would go under investigation.

This man takes the cars he repo and sells them if no one picks the up, take folks money and lies about if it mess up he will give you your money back in a week and lies about it. Im reporting him to the BBB and taking him to court.

I just want to inform people to call ahead of time for their hours and DO NOT just show up, and to also take precautions when coming here. I do not want something similar to happen to someone else, because the outcome could have been much worse and someone could have been injured or ended up in jail.I drove by to see if they were open or what their hours were and an employee blocked us from the road, threatened to murder us, and caused damage to my vehicle, all while identifying himself as a CIA Operative. We only got away by calling 911 and then once the police arrived, he identified himself as an employee and accused us of trying to break in. While no one was harmed, this could have ended up very different without the police arriving, and I pray that this review prevents something worse from occurring in the future.I also hope this encourages this business to improve their actions. Although I understand the location is not the nicest area in Orlando, there is absolutely no need to threaten to murder customers over a misunderstanding. The employee could have easily called the police and forced us to wait there if he believed we were trying to break in and there would have been absolutely no problem with that, instead of playing mind games with us and making us believe we were going to die.

Contracted with my apartment complex to tow cars parked in reserve spaces and getting someone to answer the phone is damn near impossible. Saying he is hit or miss would be a compliment to Power Towing. One man operation and it shows.

This towing company is horrible!!! They were hired to handle tows in my community whenever individuals parked in reserved spaces. Twice in June already they failed to come after saying theyd send someone out to the location. We let it slide a few times in the past and just chalked it up to them not having enough employees working for them, but this is unacceptable. If you know you wont be able to commit to a service, dont sign up for it.
