Towed me from my friends apartment, called the same night and they told me that they opened at 8AM and even texted me their address. Extremely nice and understanding, I came, payed, and picked the car up without a hassle or any extra fees. Both people I spoke with over the phone were extremely nice, and set the standard for kindness as far as Towing Companies go.

If I could give them -5 stars I would, this guy tried to fight my friends because they looked at him. He followed us all the way to our car from the front of our neighborhood to get in our faces and scream at us for apparently saying something to them? He couldn’t say what we allegedly said to him. I don’t know what kind of business this is but it’s definitely not a good one, incredibly unprofessional and disgusting.

The guy was beyond helpful. He made the whole situation so much better. Thanks so much for all the help

Had a worker by the name of gorge get in my face and stated yelling profanities and kept saying he was from the hood. After towing a car for me and he looked like he was on drugs and kept saying asking me if I was saying something he seems to have a lot of problems. don’t know where they hired people like this but it’s best to stay way from these business like this.As an FYI THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED

I wish I could rate them zero stars. I called the company to ask if they had my car and while I was talking he repeatedly interrupted me and said “I don’t want to hear your mouth” and hung up on me. His rudeness was beyond unnecessary.

Very unprofessional, my car got towed on 1/26/20 and I deserved it. The lack of care resulted in a messed up bumper which they refused to admit to. The man at the front said if his guy messed my car up they would have left it and had me deal with it. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

My car was towed by my apartment building and I was freaking out and the lady I talked to was very nice, kindly explained what was needed. Super polite
