I wish I could give more stars.They Manager Frank was really helpful. They diagnosed the issue right way. They had me in and out. They were really professional and I was amazed how they were polite and helpful.Mike is amazing Mechannic who is really at point and getting issues diagnosed right way.I recommend them the best in Orlando. I was really glad that I was helped.Thank you guys.

Frank and his guys were great, they helped me get my bus repaired when I broke down and got me back on the road. Frank answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and gave me great advice and provided me a place where I could park my bus until Monday when they could work on it. When Monday rolled around, they were able to make my bus a priority, even though they were slammed with other work. After finally diagnosing the problem and charging my batteries/replacing my starter/fixing the problem they were able to crank my bus back up and get me on the road. While I was there I saw Frank and staff help numerous other truckers get their maintenance done and get back on the road too. Very happy with 441 Truck repair. If you know how it goes at repair shops, you’ll be pleased with this place! Plus it’s located at a truck stop so you can be comfortable while your repairs are done.

Dont waste your money and timeThey dont have enough knowledge to repair semi truckI ask them to replace air dryer purge valve and they did and they said it is not working properly so have to replace he air dryer.And left with air dryer problem.They charged me $100 dollars.My air dryer was working properly but I decided to replace purge valve as maintenance.The mechanic didnt installed properly and they said we told you most time the problem with air dryer thats mean that they plan to replace it without knowledge and it doesnt matter if it work or not the important thing for them to take money $100 cash and left you with problem. And the mechanic said I did that many times and didnt work.I feel it is not profisional work.

They charge $60 plus tax for mount and dismount tires even tho I bought tires from them plus the prices change on the spot. Terrible costumer service!!!

Fast, friendly reefer washout ($45)! Only problem is access to/from highway/toll road. Can be difficult to get in or out. Only able to turn north out of driveway.

Worst truck repair service. Dont waste your money. They dont have any knowledge about the trailer. Spend almost $5000 still same issue. Been there many times to fix trailer leveler valves but they made wrong connections and decided to fix somewhere else.

Damage was done while the mechanic was working on my air bags. My fuel tank and fuel tank strap holder was damaged. Now have to get another fuel strap.Issue was brought to the owners attention, with out problem being resolved

These guys are great!Got an urgent wheel bearing job done. Did a great job, were polite, honest and very competent. Didnt try to sell me. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.The shop is in the middle of Acme Truck Plaza, so they are used to drivers just showing up at any time with any kind of problem.

If you want to keep running go see Frank 1st.Gotta good deal on tires.Wish I could take them with me over the road.

This place is awful. Super expensive and they don’t seem very knowledgeable at all. And a super long wait when they aren’t even working on anything.

Truck was brought in for a clutch and upper main seal leak price over5000 got home had my truck in to my mechanic told me there was no grease hose on clutch called 441 up told me to bring, out of kindness drove back 1400 miles back .it cost me a night in a motel room plus I was charged for the part they forgot to put on,he told the seal was not leaking when he put in the clutch they allso tried to do the job any cheap way they could saying they can put the hose in with out taking out clutch they ended up taking it all out they put in a new main seal which is not hard to do once trans is out charged 2hours labor plus price of the seal costing me around 550 after the room !! None of the mechanics there would take credit for doing the job but only layed off on one another. If it goes again any time soon so much for being a good guy they will have to pay some one to do the work

I would never recommend this even to my worst enemy. Was taken advantage of and I cant even tell you how much money were out. Shame on the person that owns this business. Do not trust them. Im trying to be helpful and warn everyone. Especially if you have an RV please do not think you will be getting any kind of a good deal or good service here. The worst part is I actually felt like I had gotten a good deal when I left the place but as soon as I shared what I had done and how much it cost me everyone told me I was taken advantage of.BTW GOOD SAM sent us here..

441 Truck Repair was awesome! They did a great job fixing the air leak on our trailer!! Fair price for Great Work!! The mechanics were very good! Would definately come back again to get the truck or trailer fixed!!

Bad place. Mechanics instead of working to work, they talk for half an hour, search for music on the phone, talk to their friends in such a way that they earn time to earn more and tear off more from the client. Or the owner ordered them so I do not know, but fact is a fact. The price does not match the qualifications and quality of work. Long and expensive. I do not recommend.

Fast, Good and Cheap!!!Frank and his crew do an excellent job on not only the work they do but also the no-pressure atmosphere they provide. The mechanics worked patiently on my Big Rigs issues and had a can-do attitude about all issues. Thanks guys and keep up the unbelievable service you provide!!!

He is a thief. Avoid at all cost. Over priced. They do half assed job. They have cut corners on jobs they overcharged. I cant imagine people giving this guy more than one star. Maybe they need to be verified customers. They are probably his personal friends and family giving him 5 stars.

Thank you guys for taking care of my truck! I had a major engine failure and shop owner quoted me the price over the phone to tell what exactly was wrong. After the fact I paid 150$ less. Not so often you receive a deal like that. Apart from that everything was quick and very professional. And unlike dealerships where you cant even look at the damage I took pics of the damage to the motor and mechanic spend like 20 min with me explaining my options. I wish all my over the road mechanic shop experiences would be like this one...

Theyre scams. The owner had to nerve to threaten me saying hell contact his lawyer if I post any negative reviews on here for Defamation of Character. Listen, as a truck driver with 3 semi trucks and years of experience it was thy WORSE service I have ever experienced. The road call guy is isnt educated enough to recognize anything but basic things that I already knew. They charged me $400 for one hour of absolutely NOTHING! Truckers beware. Its best if you tow your truck to a dealer and spend that extra money. TRUST ME. 441 IS A JOKE. The owner is a joke that only cares about growing his bank account with no regards of the clients.

Great experience all in all. One of the leaf spring hangers on my 5th wheel had broken off and they were able to weld it back together so we could hit the road again. Deducted 1 star for the slightly long wait, and 40% higher price than others had quoted me for a similar break. Though, the others didnt DO the work, these guys did! They got me back up running, were very freindly, and knowlegable. I would definately be back if I need something in the future!

I was very satisfied with the work that was done they squeeze me in when they were really didnt have time and fix my problem and charge me very reasonable price very friendly very courteous and very professional and then after they finish with my repair and I left I realized I had problems with my ELD logging system and they fixed it for me and did not even charge me any extra you do not get that just anywhere that is very good business and they will definitely get my business again

Fellow truck driver, plz save your money and energy for smth else, dont come here the owner has no morals he will charge you whatever amount of money he wants after the job done make sure to get a price estimate before you do anything on ur truck. He wanted to charge me 160$s for changing mud and to plug in smth, his excuse was one hour labour and plus taxes and plus for tools that he used so pathetic

Called ahead of time to find out if they can change a wheel seal they said yes come on down showed up at 4 o’clock drove 35 miles out of my way when I got there the same girl tht told me on the phone tht they can do it and to come on down told me sorry we can’t do it I asked her why she said because we close at 5:30 and guys won’t have time and tht when I asked her it’s 4 o’clock u guys can’t change a wheel seal in 1 1/2 she said we could do it after hours but tht would cost 180$ an hour and it would take them 2 1/2 to change the wheel seal this place is a joke the Machenic walking around smoking cigarettes telling jokes with his fellow co-workes they have time for that at 4 o’clock but to change a wheel seal they don’t have time they can only do it after 5:30 knowing there’s no trucks in a bay avoid this place this will cost u time and money and they won’t help u.

$294 for a used tire. $10 Shop fee on used Tire mounting. I could have had emergency road service come from 30 miles away cheaper. Lesson learned!

They charged me for “shop materials” which was items he needed to run the shop..I was lucky because he could have charged me 7% of my bill. over priced tires, this guys is a thief. He looked dead in my face and at that point I knew he was robbing me, work was already done... AVOID at all cost.
