Vehicles towed from a property are Rules and Regulations the property implements! Expired tag BYE, Illegal parking BYE, No parking decal BYE, Blocking certain areas BYE, so on so forth! Being in Property Management and dealing with the angered residents that choose NOT to follow the rules- make all of the complaints and reviews pointless! If you have an expired tag or a missing headlight and get pulled over by an officer, do you go and rant on their page or submit a claim to BBB- Im sure NOT! These people are scums of the earth preying on people. They told me I had 2 violations. My parking permit is exactly where it supposed to be in my vehicle where I live and they said it wasnt!!! Then the said I need an up to date registration which is inside my vehicle and my permanent plate to the vehicle I just bought has not arrived yet due only 6 days expired due to NO FAULT OF MY OWN!!! We are still in a pandemic and processing is delayed everywhere for everything!!! Complete jerks!!

Truly the worst experience of my life. My car had a flat tire, so one of the guys who work there said he could fix it. They towed the car into the dirt and attempted to fix it. He shook the car and it fell off the jack into the dirt. There might be potential damage. The people who work there also recklessly speed in and out of the complex and serve on the road.

They took my brand new moped because I didnt want to take up a parking space. When I called to find out where my bike was, I asked why he couldnt just knock on my door and ask to move it, he responded we dont get payed to knock on doors. Had to pay $125 to get back my moped.

There called private property impound so you have to be illegally parked to get towed, most people here can’t admit they illegally parked smh when it comes down to the job they are really professional and go by the book they take pictures of all the tows and for and if you show up and an understanding customer then you will have no problem these guys are just doing what they get hired to do so you guys might wanna move to some better apartment complex

I have called New Generation several times to get cars towed that are parking in a prohibited area in front of my house. Every single time they promised to send someone out and they never came. Additionally, when I call and give them the community name where I live, they say they’re sending someone before I even give them my house number and street. How can you tow a car when you don’t know where it is? The phone operators at New Generation are lying, immoral, disrespectful people and they should all be fired.

They’re very unprofessional you have to wait hours for them to come and give you your car. They towed my car because I went inside my house real quick to get the keys to move the other car out of the driveway when I came back out they were gone with my car . It’s the HOA fault too with that bullsh*t .

I arrived to the front of the building with my children; I double parked our vehicle in front of our building to take up items that are far too heavy to carry from parking space to the apt; due to a back injury I am not able to carry the weight of a playpen and began my way to the stairs of the apartment. Before doing so I called My husband to let him know I was out front so he could come down and retrieve said playpen from the trunk of our car. I also advised him too hurry due to a tow truck coming; in fear we would get towed but our daughter was awake and My husband could not leave the apartment until I got there. Less then 5 minutes go by from the time I left the car seeing the tow truck coming, till the time Husband got downstairs to the vehicle; the car was being towed away. My husband called my phone at 2:19 stating the car was being driven away by a tow truck. I attempted to make contact with someone from the office by knocking on the door and calling. My husband had to run across to the 7/11 to stop the tow truck driver and retrieve our vehicle. I know for a fact the driver of that tow truck saw myself and my children get out of our vehicle and saw me on the phone standing by the stairs until I was told our daughter was awake. While My husband was running to get the tow truck, I ran to the office with our daughter leaving my other children in our apartment praying someone could help us stop the driver. It is not right that in less than 5 mins while double parked in front of our own building we were targeted and our vehicle was taken. How is this fair to the residents who have disabilities or people who do not have the ability to carry things for long distance.I have the calls that were made and the times they were made at. Myself and My husband are believe that we should have a credit to our account in the amount of $125.00 which is the amount we had to pay for them to leave the car at the 7/11 gas station. It’s incredibly disappointing that we can’t even double park to bring things into our own apartment, without fear of being towed. If we have a sticker on the back of car window, why couldn’t we double park for a minute or so? We live here, we aren’t guests, this isn’t right. Due to the covid situation money is tighter then ever and I just do not understand why I tow truck company that is affiliated with this complex would do this to a resident.My husband was told by the driver of truck #12 that the trucks have cameras all around it so if he did something wrong then it can be seen; I have called and tried to speak to the manager so that the video could be review but every time I call the office number which is on the truck, the manager is never around??I will be filing a complaint with Tallahassee police towing commissioner and report this towing company for being predators.

I had looked my keys in my running car. I called new generation towing and within less than 15 minutes Johnny from the towing company came in assistant me very professional and his timing was just perfect. I want to thank him for his service specially during this difficult time. Great job !!!!

I had the worst experience this morning with this establishment! The manager and his associate were extremely rude, unprofessional and lacking compassion as human being. The manager, with no reason or whatsoever cursed my son because he was simply standing under the tree next to his car! Found out that they messed up with the car missing valuable items.I asked for jumping cable he declined to assist asking me to either push the car outside the premises or pay $60 to tow it 10 meters!!!!In general, it was a very bad experience I don’t wish nobody to go through it. I could see what is wrong with this place by just reading the reviews!!

I bought a car on Monday 9/21/20, I call the towing company to inform why I didnt have a tag in my car. I call my landlord to inform and gave them all the information. Not even 24 hours they came and took the car. After that, I go there. I told them the problem with the tittle and they inform me they cant do anything aboutt it, because is an open tittle. They know the DMV is working just for appointments only. They refuse to take all the paperwork I have to give me the car back. I have affidavit, DMV appointment and bill of sale. Thanks to a person in the DMV I told her the situation and they helped me, thanks to her, today I got the tittle. They are charging me 300+ dollars, even when I called them and gave them a heads ups for what happened, wrote a letter in my windshield, even when they told me not to worry, they came and took the car away.. Taking advantage of people. Is sad when everyone knows how bad things are, companies like this one are taking advantage of people who are responsable.

OMG GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE TOWED BY THESE PEOPLE! just breath and know that you are about to deal with some unprofessional, crude and unqualified towing “company” PLEASE CALL AT LEAST TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SHOWING UP even if the man on the line says he will be there or will be back in an hour even though he knew you were coming! I sat and waited an hour and a half and was told if I left I would be charged an extra day. So as it rained I sat under a tree as my Uber drove off. I wish I could give 0 stars. Called them because they’re in charge of my apartment complex. People are parked in 3 different handicapped spots near my building without a handicapped decal. I actually need the handicapped decal. I’ve called numerous times on numerous nights. They never do anything. It’s pathetic.

If there was a no star I would put no star. This company I have used on my Property they have made money off of my company. My car broke down 3 minutes from my property. I called the towing company that I use and they rudely told me to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO TOW MY CAR. I wasnt looking for anything free and I was willing to pay like a normal paying customer. If I would have been calling them to come take a car off my Property they wouldve came in a heartbeat. This company is only about MONEY. From that day I told them I will no longer be needing their services. They still came to my Property and towed a ladies car whos tag expired 32 days. The lady actually had the current tag in her glove compartment. I asked them to bring the car back, and they simply gave me a hard time. They were very unprofessional, and If I was you I would not give this company the time of day. There are more Tow truck companies who will appreciate the business that you bring to them. This company is all about the money.

If i could give them ZERO starts i would. I requested them to remove their large dog because it was night time and their dog was circling my vehicle as i drove (i obviously didn’t not want to hurt the dog) and the person on the phone REFUSED to remove their dog even though i asked multiple times. I also called ahead so that i could pick up my car and i had to wait an hour after letting them know my exact arrival time so i would not have to wait that time. VERY unprofessional..

Stuck in Disney Springs parking garage, this is the company they unfortunately have to recommend when you are having car troubles. Called once and someone said they would callme back. After 20 minutes no call. So i called back multiple times and left a message. No answer or call back. I guess when he said he would call me back he never said what date or year it would be. Respect who is recommending you and deliver on results next time.

This company towed my car wrongfully at my apartment complex and tried to charge me to get it back! Very unprofessional, they are thieves.

I got home after dark to not one, but two cars blocking my assigned spot. Gary came out within 5 minutes and was incredibly polite and helpful. Unfortunately the cars’ owners showed up, but I really appreciated Gary staying to make sure that the other drivers left and that I got home safely.

Horrible, just horrible. No compassion and tried to throw us different prices just to put our truck down. Never gave us a business card, and told us that we dont need to follow him after we wanted to know where our truck was going to be placed. Tried to get my phone so I can get the number down and he left with no warning. He didnt care at all.

Awful experience. waited 1 hour to pick up my car in the dark with bugs flying around. They was out doing another job and acted like they was there. Big husky unfriendly guys. Very expensive price for a dump towing company secluded in the back of no where.

My tags were stolen and a warning sticker was placed on my car at 11:30 at night on a Friday. My car was towed Sunday night, despite it being parked in my condo unit’s designated parking spot and without even giving me a business day to resolve the problem. I will be contacting the states Attorney General about this company’s unethical business practices.

The worker was ASLEEP when he said theyre open 24/7. It took 1.5 hours just to reach someone and he sounded like he just woke up. Then we had to wait another 40 minutes just to get the car out of the lot because the driver wasnt even available despite saying he would be. Wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy.

After circling around 3 times by my vehicle while we were next to it tow driver never stopped. Once we stepped in the house for 45 seconds tow driver hooked and hauled. When I ran after him he took off petal to the metal.

This establishment needs to be investigated not only will I have my lawyer get to the bottom of this but what I have had to go through tonight New Generation will definitely pay for.

Dont get caught in the Bellagio apartment complex or Im pretty sure any other apartment complex they service without a visitor pass or being in a visitor parking slot they will GET YOU no doubt about it lol but great group of ppl and very reasonable as well at they end of the day their just doing their job like it or not but very down to earth ppl if I do say so myself but they will GET YOU please believe me just abide by the rules and regulations and you should be okay just dont let them caught you slippin or theyll GET YOU.

Don’t really mind them towing my car, but I’ve been calling for over one hour and no one picks up the phone. I respect their job, but picking up the phone to help one get our car back is also part of the job.

My truck was towed from my property due to no visible license plate. The truck was parked in front of my garage and my HOA office still allowed my vehicle to be towed without any form of notice or warning. Two days after my truck was towed I went to the towing station to recover my vehicle on Aug 9 approx at 11:20am in which I noticed damages to my driver side fender and door. Before leaving the tow yard I confronted the yard operative about damages to my door in which he walked off after I pointed out that damages occurred after the vehicle was towed. I also took pictures of the damages and notified my property managment before leaving the yard. My property manager was unavailable when I called which was Friday Aug 9 aprox 11:27am. I have pictures of of vechile before towing occurred which verified that damages occurred after towing. My truck was parked with the emergency brake engaged prior to being towed. When truck was recovered emergency brake was found disengaged.😱. New generation towing have no respect for other peoples property. Tow truck operators are negligent and are more concerned about towing the vehicle than taking the time to make sure the vehicle is properly lifted and secure.

ZERO STARSThey were obviously called to tow my motorcycle which was parked in guest parking of an apartment that was harrasing me about my bike. When I got to this place I was greeted nicely, paid my dues $157 & walked up to a damaged motorcycle.I am so angry. Both my handle bars and exhaust were bent because clearly their truck wasnt meant to tow bikes. And when I asked about it they said they didnt know. I have pictures and will be reporting this to my insurance because my bike is totalled now for this very reason. I want a refund for my damages to be honest. I didnt even recieve my reciept that was to be sent to my emails.

To start, I called multiple times before getting a hold of someone. I asked if my vehicle was at their towing yard, and it was, so they told me to just bring 125 and the title to come get it within 24 hours. So I stopped by after work, at 9pm. They claim to be open 24/7. All of the gates are closed and locked, so I call the number. A man tells me nobody will be there until 30-50mins. Then someone shows up and asks if I have $125 cash, because they dont take card. Nobody ever mentioned cash, otherwise I wouldve grabbed some on my way. This place is absolute trash, and the workers are equally matched. Still sitting here waiting for someone to arrive to get my motorcycle back. Wish me luck.Edit: been waiting for 50 mins. No sign of anyone.

Not only does he pull out in front of us on a busy highway going over 45 but as we get close to his window he flicks us off. Not only unprofessional but very unsafe, they need to hire new drivers asap!

Obviously no one expects a towing company to get good reviews, people are typically in a bad mood when their vehicle gets towed. BUT, these guys tow first and ask questions later. They towed my vehicle from my apartment complex, and couldnt come up with a reason why, not for lack of trying. Its like they went down a list, every time I proved them wrong they would try and come up with some other reason. They illegally towed my vehicle, they are getting sued, and they are very unprofessional and uncompromising in their stupidity.

1 Star is being generous!! This place is horrible and there customer service is atrocious. They towed my car from my own parking space because the tag on rear view mirror fell down near my gear shifter! They stated they can’t look in the car due to privacy (if they would if looked inside briefly it was right there) but took a picture of my front windshield with the flash!! Not only did they violate Florida statue 715.07 1a and show up after an 1 hour of when we called to pick up the car but then never notified us that they didn’t accept credit or debit cards so we had to drive 15 minutes to take out cash. Prior to that we waited in the rain for about 15 minutes to pay and when we left to go get cash and came back, and he knew about his violations, he wants to ask if we wanted to come in to get out of the rain. These people are scams, ignorant and are money hungry and can care less about anything or anyone.

First off the only reason I am even giving a star is because I want to write this review.Let’s start off by saying the reason my car was towed was because someone wasn’t paying attention and towed the wrong vehicle, clearly I was reimbursed for the money I had to pay for the actual tow but no compensation for the gas and time I had to waste going out there to pick up my car and pick up my refund, aside from that I must say the driver I had to deal with was extremely rude and arrogant with no customer service at all. I emailed the company directly and received no response (not even at the least an apology for the overlook on their part) which comes to no surprise. After reading all the reviews I would be embarrassed to be affiliated with this company in anyway.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Who ever was the driver that towed my boyfriend’s vehicle, took his Gucci glasses. We noticed after we picked up the car and we know for sure it was in there because he uses it that afternoon before his vehicle was towed. When we called them about it, the manager was unprofessional, rude and say people say they scratch their vehicles all the time. I don’t know what does that have to do with missing items but the people in the place are thieves.
