It is sad how some people do wrong, make mistakes or try to cheat the IRS and then blame it on others. I have been doing my taxes with Best Quick for years; started with Mr. Rodriguez Sr, a very fine and professional man and continue with his son, Mr Rodriguez Jr who despite his busy schedule, takes the time to personally respond when his clients need him. I have recommended Best Quick to many friends and relatives and none of them have ever had a complaint but praises about the professional and courteous manner of Best Quick Tax Returns and their staff. Guys, ignore the haters and keep up doing the good job you have been doing.

My family has been going to Pablo Rodríguez JR for a long time. Pablo does excellent work always gets the max refund however its always busy for him even when you book an appointment they see you hours later. Last visit there they called my husband and set the appointment. We walk in half hour early because we come from a different city and I find my brother, nephew, and his girlfriend waiting. So we start talking turns out all 4 of us had the same scheduled time. I asked the receptionist why she said my nephew called in only for himself. I asked my nephew he said that he scheduled all of three of them.The other thing they like to do is tell you that Pablo doesnt take appointments and its on a walk in basis. Then you go in as a walk in and they tell you that hes only seeing appointments.Its very frustrating. They really need to get a new system that is organized so that people arent waiting for hours.

The people are kind with children. Very professional...and say they will stand by your side if the IRS CONTACTS YOU. They say You are our clients now! Wonderful work! Great customer service by the woman who works the front desk also!

I been going to them for a little over 8 years and I have not any issues. Yes it a small right place look a little run down but the people are so nice and professional. I will continue to go to them. And What they charge for filing your taxes is way affordable not like HR Block.

The worst experience ever, i have been dealing with them through email and phone, my straight advice is run a way, find someone else to do your taxes, it took one week just to clear the papers, then i discovered that the IRS has no record of me ! ... yes we are in April 13, 2015 ! .... Fed up !
