This is the only tax service I would use, and highly recommend trusting all your tax preparations to them. Claude and the rest of the staff are so easy to work with. They are much more reasonable in their prices than any corporate tax service anywhere!

Unfortunately I wrote a review last year doggin out this however I have to recant my review and give them a good review if anything I was the problem as received my stimulus check I missed the first one . I was wrong about gerard tax service and if anyone uses them Im sure theyll get exactly what mr. Gerard say Im embarrassed and hope somehow he will forgive me.

For the past 3 years Id been using an accountant whose MO was to have me mail her my forms and then wait several weeks for her to start a lengthy and tortuous game of 20 questions, which always culminated in a minimum charge of $400. This year I didnt have the energy or desire to play that game, so I decided to give Gerard Family a try based on their stellar reviews. Long story short, Ill never use anyone but Gerard Family to prepare my taxes again. Dan prepared my taxes in person in less than 30 minutes and then presented me with a bill that was a fraction of what Id been paying my hotshot accountant in Maitland.

I had an appointment at 11am and arrived at 1050. Claude offered me water and coffee and said hed be with me soon. My tax returns were somewhat complicated and I did two years worth. It took about 2hrs and Claude did everything perfectly and throughly letting me know whats going on all throughout the process. I definitely will be coming back next year.*Also the building is cute and they care for cats around the property*My kind of place!

Perhaps one of the best places to do your taxes. Everyone there was super friendly. My tax consultant was Gerard, he spent over an hour with me making sure that my taxes were done properly with no sense of urgency. Everything was explained thoroughly, I wont be doing my taxes anywhere else.If youre looking for an affordable and reliable tax consultant, this is the place to come.
