I have returned to H &n R block for the past 3 years because Robert Brennan has been great! He is very thorough and competent.

We appreciated the time and attention that Robert gave to our taxes this year. His knowledge is amazing, and his patience and kindness in explaining processes was greatly appreciated. We look forward to using him again.

The ladies working there were so sweet in addition to efficiency. I will definitely go back next year.

I have used H&R Block for years, no problems.

If youre gonna have appointments, you should be on time or just finishing up. If people show up late that had an appt by more than 15 minutes, then they should forfeit their time. I came in at 4:30, my appt was at 5. It is now 5:45 and still waiting . Not a very good impression of this place.

We went in on a Saturday morning and the girl at the reception desk was CLEARLY on some kind of something, chick looked HIGH. I asked her if I needed to sign in, her lips barely moved nor was there any sound as she made a gesture towards a clipboard so I took that as a cue to fill out that one of those little forms in front of her. While I was signing in I asked if there was more than one tax preparer there and I honestly couldnt tell you what she said, if you could call the mumble like noise she made talking. Getting an answer out of her was painfully difficult so after we figured out that there was only one preparer there until later that day we left and got them done at Jackson Hewitt instead. If thats the chick at the front desk, I dont have much faith in the rest of the staff.

Ugh, is anything worse than doing Taxes? I absolutely hare the process - so much paperwork and stuff to remember. Thankfully, I get H&R Block to do it for me at this location. Ive been seeing the same employee for 4 years now to file my taxes and its a wonderful process - she remembers my details, is genuinely interested in my situation and has an eye for detail and accuracy.H&R Blocks electronic signing process makes everything pretty simple and alleviates my Repetitive Strain Injury!The rest of the staff at this location are friendly and helpful.The customer toilet is clean, but I would note that there is no baby changing table - I have had to change my infant son on the floor at this location.In summary, very good tax filing location - fast and efficient, definitely recommend.

Over a one hour wait after appointment time was a little excessive. I appreciate the providing of positive service to all clients, but perhaps clients who are so unprepared should be asked to reschedule. I know I was missing 4 documents and had to set up a return appointment to complete my taxes.
