Southwest Pools provided a personal approach to installing our pool Heat Pump. The owner was “on the Job”, assuring a quality installation along with plumbing improvements to make our system more efficient. Manny kept all commitments, delivering satisfaction as well as pool heat. We plan to make Southwest Pools of Orlando our future pool service provider! Randy B. 10/29/20: Just had to add an additional note about Manny’s commitment to service and quality. We had an electrical outlet issue that showed up a week later which may not have been related to our installation. (Hard to tell) Manny responded to trouble shoot and resolve the issue.

Southwest pools has done multiple different repairs and new installations on our pool. The most recent installation was to replace the solar panels and gas heater install. The service is always excellent with quality work and great prices. You can’t ask for anything more from a company. I never worry about any installation Manny and his team have done to my pool. I recommend them to everyone.

Manny had his team come to our home and install a much needed screened in porch. We wanted it to match our other two screened in porches and Manny did exactly as we asked. His crew was here when they said they would be and finished the job in one day, coming back the following day to haul away trash and a few final touches. We were very pleased with the entire experience!

Wow. Just made a call to this company based on the positive reviews. I asked whoever answered the phone if they were able to make a repair to damaged in-wall pool steps, and before i could even finish speaking the guy said no, we dont make that kind of repair and literally hung up on me. When our swimming pool pump motor quit after just two years and the company that installed it couldnt come for two days (for a fee), thanks to HomeAdvisor we found Manny at Southwest Pools. His positive reviews are well deserved. Came within two hours to give a free estimate, was back the next day (exactly when he said he would be) to install new motor and troubleshoot what turned out to be a shoddy installation of our pump assembly. Manny comprehensively explains what hes doing, and offers advice on chemicals, even providing a link to Amazon for the best price (since he doesnt sell the stuff himself you can be confident his advice is honest). Look no further for the most professional pool repair/maintenance you could possibly find -- and at a reasonable price.
