The night I landed in Orlando, concierge at the hotel that I stayed was not able to find clubs that Prosets dropped off in the afternoon. So I emailed Jeff to ask/complain about the clubs that Prosets claimed that they dropped off at the right hotel after their operation hours. Jeff, the president of Prosets, called me at 10 PM to provide me drop off information and who they dropped the clubs off with. He was so helpful and kind. Golf clubs were in superb condition. Because of him, my buddy and I enjoyed golfing in Orlando.
