Unfortunately, my experience with Embrace Families has not been positive. Recently my wife and I completed the 10 week course. My wife was provided the only login information and the instructor communicated that most training requirements were able to be completed as a couple. With that said, I was never provided an individual login to complete any additional training. The individual training identified using a third party site, we each completed and provided certificates to our instructor. Additionally, we had to provide our personal information 3 times before the instructor finally took the time to ensure she received all items.It has been 2+ months and I am still in the process of trying to get our certificates. Instead of providing any real assistance, we were provided a help services generic email address. It seems crazy to me that we are fighting to be able to provide children a forever home but we cant even get pass the egregious process of this facility.

Best organization ever to work with and to work for. They truly care about the children and they work hard to make sure theyre supported and served. I couldnt ask for a better agency to be a part of!
