Had a shipping label that was sent to me in gray (rather than black) ink. Dominic and the other associates were very nice to reprint it in black ink to ensure the package wouldnt have a problem being scanned to get to its destination. Thank you for the great customer service!

Lynn and her daughter Kyra run a professionally ran organization, indeed it’s a tight ship. This UPS location can be busy, and I have utilized many of their signature services, quite often. I am a box holder for approximately about five plus years.They are friendly personable and recently I had a situation where they rescued me after a passport photo pics which were taken there. However, the new company I am working for wanted me to email them a high quality, high resolution passport photo. Well this which was not going to happen by taking a picture of the picture. I went back two days later. I asked if they could assist me with this situation. They replied the photos are often deleted quite frequently, to accommodate new customers, as they take a lot of passport photos. Well, thank God, my picture was still on the camera. Not only did they provide it for me they took the extra step, to then email the picture to me so that I could email it, to my new employer, and no additional charge!Believe me it’s special moments like this one that reinforce my great relationship with this fantastic organization!! Thank you for your kindness, thank you for your great customer service.

I scheduled a fingerprinting at this location and the first time I came in they told me they apologize but due to renovations they don’t have their fingerprinting machine in the store. No one contacted me or informed me my appt was cancelled. I rescheduled and came in the next week and was told a second time that they don’t have their fingerprinting machine and not a single person tried to contact me and they barely even acknowledged the fact that I was upset.

I would go out of my way if I had to just to support this store. I’m always in there longer than I should because the staff and owner are wonder people. I do a lot of shipping sometimes weekly and always enjoy going in the store.

Notary Public Service Only Review:I have been to this location several times with documents requiring notarization. Lynn, the franchise owner, has always been extremely pleasant. Lynn is always available when Ive called, as some locations do not have a Notary Public on-site. I will return here when I need future documents notarized. Thanks very much Lynn!

I went in for a fingerprint apt (new job) . There were 4 staff members that didn’t acknowledge when a customer walked in the door, there was one person to laminate a card and same to do the fingerprints- while the other 3 just sat down and were having side conversations. It 4 staff members to figure out after 10 mins that a customer needed his card laminated and not scanned then another 10 mins to laminate it. They were having side conversations talking poorly about other people, being very loud . It was terrible to see how dirty the place was and how terrible their customer service is. Whoever owns this franchise and is in charge of hiring, I would take a second look at training your staff to provide better customer service.

Awful service. I was serviced at first with a amazing young man with the curly puff hair. He was great. I had to go to amscot to get a stamp and I came back in less than 20 mins and I reliazed this time I forgot my mask in the car and my husband already drove off to another store. And I asked the guy if he can just drop my mail or can I( since I was serviced earlier) I just needed to drop my mail off in the box. The owner I believe or man who over watched the front guy said not to take my letter because I had no mask.(the guy already had my mail in his hands) He was very rude about it and wasnt even following the 6feet or any other regulations. I get I forgot my mask, but all had to be done was to drop it off and at least talk nicely to me. He had a attitude!!! What if I had a disability or something? Not cool dude.

So I thought it was just me when I went to this shop. I had prepaid labels and would ship parts back on a RMA. The staff really didnt like it when I would just walk in and drop off the boxes because I guess they had to work a little to place them in the pickup area and werent selling anything for themselves. I ended up stop going to that site and just went to the Hub. Just so you know, the UPS website says I can drop off the boxes at any UPS store. Well this one doesnt seem to like that idea.I was looking to actually send 5 heavy boxes today to my daughter in another state and this particular store is less than a half mile from me. Well after reading the reviews, I suppose I can go the extra mile to the next site that was mentioned in the top of the reviews.

I do have to admit this is minor, but I walked in to the UPS store directly behind a UPS driver with a stack of packages. He drop a stack of packages and left. The staff of two started working on the stack while I was standing at the counter. They certainly could switch their attention to me momentarily sense I don’t think the stack of packages would have minded. At the very least, they could have acknowledged I was there and told me the right with me. None of that. I’m big into customer service and respecting both businesses and customers, and I believe in voting with your pocketbook. There’s too many UPS stores to use one that’s not customer focused. I’ll go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of customer service is amazing. Everyone that I have ever interacted with is extremely rude and condescending. They wanted to charge me $5 to rent a computer to print a label or $1.00 to send an email so they can open it and print it. Its not the money thats the issue it is how they spoke to me. I drove to another UPS store they printed the label for me no issues and even packed up my items for me. I would highly suggest that you go to 12472 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32828 this store is not much further and excellent.

I see there are a lot of 1-2 star reviews on here, but my experience was definitely 5 stars. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon to get my finger prints done and was greeted immediately with a smile. The workers very were kind and I was done in about 5 min or less. No experience with shipping anything here, but if you need to get fingerprints done, this is a welcoming location.

Just horrible attitude. Lynn must be the grumpist service person ever. And nothing in place for social distancing let alone the staff wearing masks or a barrier. Avoid at all cost. Very poor customer service. On the door and Google maps the hours of operation states they close at 7pm. I showed up @6:42pm, the door was lock. An employee inside the store starred at me while I was trying to open the door. I stood there for a few seconds, small package at hand and she didnt come. Save yourself the hassle and go a different location. Theres a reason why this store have a poor rating.

I have an appointment for fingerprints at 3:10 and I show up earlier, but they said that they can not take me earlier because they have 4 people before my appointment. I decided to wait and all the time that i am here waiting NOBODY show up. I Have notice They are just talking and making jokes!

The WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE WITH ANY BUSINESS. IT DOESN’T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE ABOUT SHIPPING....THIS PLACE TOPS IT WHEN IT COMES TO BEING SO RUDE.I called prior to picking up my package to see if I had to pay any fee for pickup and the employee by the name of Parker tells me, “No man... Hours are correct online according to the sign in the door, but no one is here when I show up during business hours. Waited for a bit, but no one is here.Part 2: Gave this place a second shot on 8/22/17. They opened the doors on time; however, the employee was rude. Then after barely acknowledging me, told me she would need to charge $1 to close the package. A package that was already prepaid. A service that other ups stores dont charge for. I left with my package. Last time I went to the usps and got better service.

This location is a franchise and therefore will try and charge you for absolutely everything. I have been there twice with prepaid labels and they refused to give me a UPS envelope to package myself and another time told me they had to reapply tape because my box wasn’t taped with the correct type of tape. Both times charged me with service fees and once with supply fee. Filed a complaint with corporate UPS.

Worst customer service ever! I was 20-25 min early for an appointment to live scan, I was hardly even spoken to and asked to wait 20-39 minutes because there were people ahead of me...the only people there were helped and other people came after me and helped. When I asked why I had to wait, they said for security reasons I had to wait until my appointment time, yet another scan came in late for his appointment and was taken promptly while I stood waiting for 30 minutes! I’ll never go back to this location

$1.07 to tape the shipping label, $1.07 to re-tape the box. and there is a $5.00 to use a card so you better have cash. I ship pretty often and this is the only store to ever charge me to tape something up. There are lots of UPS stores around the area that are great, this is not one of them.

Worst experience Ive had in a long time. Walked in for finger prints and was told when we made the appointment that my wife and myself could do then at the same time however upon arriving was told the appointments were 2 different times over an hour apart and that we had to wait an hour for mine. Same issue as other posters there is nobody in the store and they only take 5 minutes meanwhile the dude with the dreads sits there and fills his face with food ! Ill never visit this location again really crappy treatment in an era where service is a make it or break it necessity.

I came there today with my mother to get her fingerprints done, this fat Puerto Rican looking man with some bad dreadlocks and earrings (this is the best way I can describe him) was as RUDE as they come. We came early before our appointment since most fingerprint places allow you to get it done if you come in before your appointment. He was like I not doing it because your appointment is not at this time and I do fingerprint every 15 minutes, I said to him I understand but we here now and there is nobody in the store getting their prints done, and it takes like 5 minutes. His attitude was ridiculous, even while my mother was still taking to him, hes asking her if she was done and excused her to talk to someone else, there are ways of doing things and that was not it, he does not need to be working in this field where he deals with people.

This place is a Joke. Customer service is ridiculous. I tried this place once before and wasnt happy about a year ago, now I know why I drive farther to FedEx. Guy has piss poor attitude, charged me literally double cost FedEx for same package I ship regularly to same location. Seriously, FedEx $11.75, This UPS $25. Horrible service. My wife went to send a package that was pretty heavy. The MALE rep didnt even offer to help carry the package and, on top of it, he asked her to move it once she had set it down. My wife is about 125 pounds and this package mustve been about 60 pounds. The employees attitude and lack of courtesy didnt help the matter either. This review is about this SPECIFIC location. NOT UPS or UPS Stores in general.I feel nickel and dimed. Printing black and white documents here is waytoo expensive. $1.50 charge just to be able to print?? And $0.20/sheet on top of that for monochrome laser prints? Ill stick to other UPS Store locations. I might come back to drop off a package but not using their services any time again.Went back to drop off a package. Wanted to charge $1 + tax for tape. Just dont go here. The kid is nice, but owners are cheap.

Tried to go on Veterans day as the website said the were open at 8 AM, showed up a little before 8 and waited until 8:15 before leaving. Called later to see if maybe they were just open later, staff was rued and only response was Well were open now. Went by anyway, and when I went tape my label to the package was told they have to charge 1.75 per package to use their tape ( needed to attach 3 labels). I asked if that was a new charge as UPS store I normally use has never charged for that and was told store is privately owned and they can charge for what ever they want. You can buy a whole role for less than that so left and went to another UPS store. They were helpful and courteous, provided the clear adhesives for my labels and taped my package all at no charge. This is the only UPS store I have ever been in that had such poor customer service, every other one has always been super helpful and polite.

I went to send something important on Wednesday (8/24/16) and they told me the item would be at the destination on Saturday. On Saturday (today 08/27/16) I decided to track the item to find out the item sat at that store the whole day of the 25, it only left that store on the 26 about noon, and it just left Orlando today the 27 at 4:30 am. I dont think the item will reach the recipient today. I am waiting to hear why the item sat for a whole over 24 hours at the store with no activity. I will keep you updated. As of now, after more than 10 years of usind this store. This SAS the last time I will ever use it and I will make sure my network knows about it.

We tried to ship back equipment for Comcast. We werw informed that their system is down and we would have to come back. We asked if we can leave package to have them process it out as soon as system is back. NO, was the answer. However, we had a pre printed label for return. After mentioning this fact they informed us we can do it, but we have to buy a box and pay for the tape ($8.10). First of all it is not a customer fault if a system is down, however we expect better customer service. How about to give a box or tape for free out of courtesy.Very unfriendly owner who mentioned they dont work for UPS and they handle there business differently period.

I have shipped packages from many UPS stores and never have I been told there is a fee to tape on the label, that is until I went into this one... Usually they just scan the label I bring in and print one on a sticker. No way was I going to pay for them to stick a label on. I took my package back and went to the UPS store on Alafaya Trail, where I was not charged a fee!!! I will never go back to this location!

Customer service was abysmal to say the least, they hide details from you to not lose a sale. I sent a package with them to my family that the expected delivery was Friday yet they LOST my package with no tracking to trace, and they said that they did not know where it was, how irresponsible of them to have no trace or record of the package and not know if it was picked up from their store! Never again will I use this stores services, dont waste your time or money! The package was finally delivered a week later, after I had paid over $200 for shipping, absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is lacking at best! I printed a return label at home and took my package to this store with my label in hand. I selected a box and took my package to the counter. Service rep said my return label was prepaid but I had to pay for package and labeling. Nothing else was said. I inserted my MC and she declined it and said that since it was a credit card and not a debit, I had to have a minimum purchase of $5. I asked why this information wasnt on the website. She said it was posted at the door and that UPS didnt own that location. I went to Publix for other items, purchased a shipping envelope and returned to this UPS store. to this store and when the employee entered the info in the register, he informed me that there was a $1.07 charge for labeling. (This was a charge to tape the label to the package) Service rep said she had to charge to tape the label to the package to recoup the cost. I asked her for a copy of the service pricing and was told it wasnt on the website nor did she have it printed. She also said she had no plans to have one anytime soon. I went to the one at Alafaya and Lake Underhill. Transaction completed in about 8 seconds! I wont use this location ever again!! I recommend you think twice before you do! Senseless aggravation!!!

I rerouted a package online for me to pick up at this location. When I go there to pick it up they say that they do not have it, even though the tracking info says they do. They tell me to go check with the store at Lee Vista and Chickasaw. I call that store and they tell me they do have it and that the owner of the store at Lake Underhill and Chickasaw refuses to accept packages for people to pick up there so they reroute the package to that other store. Terrible service.

Very poor experience with this store. During hurricane Irma this store would not accommodate any special needs for evacuees. My package was sent back to the seller after seven days (per ups policy) even though I could not return to the area. Store employees were not willing to work with me, instead citing UPS policy. The UPS website, however, said it was making special accommodations for hurricane victims. Additionally I am now standing in front of their location. Their sign says they opened 15 minutes ago. The store is locked and dark. Doesnt UPS policy also dictate that your store should be open during its posted hours?

Got there right at 8am when they are supposed to open. The lady was inside and didnt open until 8:10am despite me having to get to work and knocking on the door.There are plenty of UPS stores with 4+ stars around here. Go to one of those.

I completely understand now why this place has a 2-star average dont go here and they are absolutely rude and nasty and I know nothing about customer service I was attended by a British lady who had no useful information for me when I asked her about fingerprinting Services which Ive had done before without an appointment and she declined to take care of me never again will I go to this location its a nightmare

Customer service here is the worst !!! The cashier Moses always have a bad attitude and for some reason he always charged me Tu return my amazon stuff when the app said is free and another employee never charge me !!! About to go another places ... This one never again already tired of his attitude !!!

Terrible service, these two guys working at the store, so freaking rude and bad attitude. My appointment was at 4:55pm, I got there at 4:30pm and the guy who by the way wasnt doing anything at the time told me that I had to wait till 4:50pm in order to see me. Ridiculous! Not good at all 😡
