The driver was excellent at his job. My disappointment with the company is directed with Luis, the person who gave me my quote. When the job was completed, the driver handed me an invoice which was totally different from what I was quoted. When I emailed Luis, explaining my discontent, he called me. I remember the conversation almost verbatim seeing it was only yesterday when I spoke with him. I began to tell him how the conversation went and what was agreed on. To which he denied, in other words calling me a liar. I had a better deal with another company that I canceled because Luis had given me a even better deal ( so I thought). He lied to me, called me a liar in so many words and I will never use this company again!
