I had H & W Window come out to my home regarding my sliding glass door. The technicians were on time, really professional and very clean. They also worked well together and very quickly. I got a fair deal and a complete repair of my door. I’m very satisfied!

I have used H & W for over many years from two full house window replacements to just replacing a failed double glazed unit in another companies window and they have always been excellent. All of the staff are a credit to the business, always friendly and helpful, I have always felt that I am important and valued. They are a wonderful ambassador to making sure you support local family businesses.

Have used their services for years. Mostly for re-screening. They do an excellent job. Family owned and very family oriented. Prices may seem high but are actually not in comparison to other comparable companies.

Windows in disrepair? Try H&W Windows & Repair Service. I recently had some work done at my home and realized that one of my windows was in such bad shape that it wouldnt even stay in the frame when I opened it. As I looked around my 23-year-old home, I realized that most of my Builder Grade windows either didnt lift easily, didnt stay up, or were a fire safety hazard.Im not in the position to have all my windows replaced right now, so repair was my only option. I was fortunate to find H&W Window Service who was able to make an emergency visit to repair one window and later came back to fix and fine-tune every window in my house...all while being incredibly affordable ($75 visit fee and $55 - $65 / window). The service was great and the technician cleaned everything up before he left.I thought I would share this for anyone else looking to save themselves $1000s of dollars. Added bonus, now I am able to enjoy this cool, comfortable weather with my windows wide open!

Alexa and Douglas Kelly did a great job. Alexa scheduling the appointment and answering all my questions by phone. Douglas called to come before schedule (due to a customer cancellation) and also answered all my questions related to replacing a cracked window. Quality from start to finish. Ian was a great low-key sales person. Pricing was fair and our windows were delivered/installed ahead of schedule. The installation was quality through and through and the guys advised how to reinstall some alarm sensors saving us money! And, they left my house cleaner than when they got there! Great service. Ordered tempered glass for my front door. Picked it up next day. Nice family owned company.

We had a broken bedroom window and called to see when someone might come out. Left messages there and at a few other businesses and only they and Home Depot called back. Was told that if I wanted to, I could bring it in since it was the movable (and therefore removable) part of the window and save money and time. She walked me through the steps, what I was looking for to remove it. I took in the window and within 2 hours I had a new window! Fantastic service, incredibly nice. I look forward to replacing all of our windows one day with them!

Has had my business since the 1970s - repairing windows, screens, selling me parts to keep the house in good condition. Cant even consider going elsewhere. I did go elsewhere once for something minor that was more convenient to get to, just not the same quality service and workmanship.

The guy showed on time and replaced a cracked piece of glass in about 30 minutes. What more could you want. The replacement glass is a lot sturdier then the junk glass that was in there.
