Man so I took my laptop to a franchise repair shop right down the road a few days before. I was told that my laptop is essentially bricked and data recovery was impossible. I took it here for a second opinion and in a matter of TEN MINUTES he was able to access my data and preform the data recovery the same day. He even diagnosed my laptop and presented me with all my options. Mind you, the franchise store took four days to present me with their diagnosis and ultimately could not help me. Long story short, shop local and go here for all your electronic needs.

I fried my motherboard and They helped me find the same model computer, which allowed them to swap out the hard drives and save all my data! Awesome!

This whole encounter took less than 45 seconds of me parking at this business and moving my car after being told to move to pick up an ready-for-pickup doordash order, as it takes 15 seconds for a first impression in psychology. Off of my first the impression the verdict of this business is guilty. This business needs 0 stars. I was here around the area to pick up a door Dash order. Once my fiancé went to go pick up his door Dash order and I was waiting in the car a older white man proceeded to exit the entrance and take a picture of my license plate. He said the parking was for customers only and he would be proceeding to call law enforcement, we both proceeded to go into the store and asked him politely to stop harassing us. We respect his business as I am a business owner of my own but there was no need for the poor customer service and lack of respect. Me and my fiancé were antagonized by an older white man with a blue shirt told us to get out, and told us that we wouldn’t do anything because we are scared, Parking was for customers only and there were no incoming customers there as well as no other customers coming. Law enforcement would be involved when we were just trying to pick up a order from tin and taco next door. I would not recommend, I have very strong moral beliefs and I do not like the customer service.

And advised me to do nothing right now. As a business owner myself I value honesty. He could have sold me anything really but chose to give solid fare advice. Top Notch ServiceIm always one to support local. My experience at Computer Tech Solutions has further reinforced that.Ricardo helped me with my Windows 10 computer issue (blue screen of death). Unfortunately, it was at the point of no recovery. After talking with him about all the trouble Windows 10 had been causing his clients, he suggested a Windows 7 install. I also needed a new hard drive since Windows 10 completely wiped mine out. He took care of me with that too as they have a selection of new packaged products in-house.After getting home and setting my PC back up, I noticed there was a file that wasnt reflecting my account name. Since renaming my user name in the C drive was what caused Windows 10 to crash, I called the shop to advise.Through an app called Team Viewer, he was able to remote in and do some work-arounds to solve the issue.Dude is the best. Went above and beyond what any big box service retailers would do.The price, which is displayed upfront in their shop, is fair. And I know my hard earned money went to the right people.10/10, would recommend.

I have visited this establishment many times and have been extremely happy with the friendly welcome. My problems have always been resolved always with a minimum of cost. As I was visiting another time a heard a customer comment that he has been extremely satisfied with the service and cost of repairs.
