This review is months late due to my inability to properly plan! When I say that Jenny and her husband are the best, I mean it! I met Jenny years ago when my gps took me to the wrong community, and from there, she and her husband waited so patiently while I built my credit and collected more income. They were in the very beginning of my house hunting journey, they were there during the 2 year waiting period while I worked to make more money, they were there when I ALMOST got my first single fam home during the start of COVID with my husband, they were there during my divorce and they were there when I purchased my first home as a newly single parent! I appreciate their kindness, professionalism, knowledge, patience and advocacy. ANYTIME I called, Jenny responded by text or call in a timely manner. (I mostly spoke with Jenny on the call and her husband was there in person at the sales center). Words truly can’t express how thankful I am for their service and help! I HIGHLY recommend them!

It was a great experience working with Jenny and her team. While we didn’t by our homes right away. She was there to guide us and show us all the communities and different location and floor plans. It two probably two years of looking at homes and communities until we found the right floor plan and community we wanted and that fit our budget. Jenny was patient and professional throughout the entire process. She stuck by us and when construction started she was there for every inspection specially since we lived in NY while our home was being built in FL. Thank you Jenny for all you did.

Wow what can I say about this team? Jenny and Camilo have been absolutely awesome and a blessing to our family. My wife and I started the process of looking to build a house in September of 2019. I was given Jenny and Camilos contact info through a coworker and we were able to set up a time to meet immediately and start looking at some developments. I had a fixed budget I wanted to stick to and they kept it in mind showing me the homes that were in my range. They were never pushy, they were always patient and very helpful. Every time I called I either got in touch with them right away or I received a text that they would call me back. Its not been five months since we had our first meeting and right this moment I am writing this review five months later in the comfort of the home we built together.
