I have seen Scott Garrison in action over the past many months and wanted to take a second to HIGHLY Recommend him whether you need to buy or sell a home here in Central Florida. He’s super organized, keeps track of everything and is honest and dependable. He’ll tells me what I need to hear, even if I don’t want to hear it right then. If he says you will need to offer over full price on a home to win against competing bids, you can believe him that you will need to do that. When he tells you what he thinks a home is worth, that is probably the right price. And I’ve seen him sell a few homes quickly for MORE than Market Value several times! He’s been doing this since he was very young, I think it’s the only job he’s ever had. He has a good team- a great lender he can recommend that you can trust… that I like too, and a good home inspector. He has a small team and gives one-on-one personal service, you really get HIM not some assistant. He is the one who answers the phone. If you want a Realtor who is a real person, someone you can trust to get the job done, he would be the one I call again!
