Suresh is great at what he does. He is very patient, informative, handles requests to view homes diligently and gave his input, suggestions and the highlights of the properties, when asked. He was always on the lookout for the type of home we were looking for and sent us daily home listings. As new buyers, Suresh and his team guided us throughout the process, what it would entail and looked for first-time buyer benefits. Even though we visited many homes, we decided to hold our decision to purchase at this time, in order to save more money for down payment. Suresh from the get go was friendly and diligent. The help he provided throughout the home finding/purchasing process made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Buying a new home where you plan to spend the next 20+ years is not easy. Its a big commitment, and it can be stressful with all of the timings, negotiations, and making sure everything is line to make it happen. Suresh and Nermala were awesome to work with throughout the entire home buying process. Their level of professionalism is through the roof and they really took the time to properly communicate and coordinate everything accurately and on time.
