Xpert Event Rentals were great to work with beginning to end. They were professional and personable when it came to delivering on their service. We needed tables and chairs for a birthday party, and I was able to reach out, get a quote, and easily set up delivery by phone and text.The team arrived on time, delivered what I needed (all of which was in great condition), and were flexible on pickup time due to my unique situation.All in all, I highly recommend their services! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I had used this particular vendor a few years back and did not have the issues I have had today. I emailed them several times with no response. I took the time to call them to inquire about a bounce house that they have up on their website for them to tell me its broken. I told the guy I would email him since I cannot be on the phone, he responded back stating he had a bunch others for my particular date. Wonderful, I replied back to his email days passed, then I got a response. I was like ok folk are busy. We are human, then I had additional questions almost a week later no response. In between my patients I went ahead and called and asked him to please reply to my emails. He was like I have bounce houses available for that date, we can book over the phone. I said no, I am busy at work and like things in writing. When I re-forwarded my email to him all of a sudden he has ZERO bounce houses available. Taking my business else where now. Lucky I have back ups...BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very professional and friendly. We rented a bounce house and it came with 2 tables and 10 chairs. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. They did all the work, setup and take away. They were dependable and did everything they said they would on time.

Order table and chairs for Thanksgiving. The dropped them off Wednesday evening exactly the time they said and picked them up on Friday exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing company really clean and neat very respectful and their customer service is amazing their prices are best in town and their bounce houses are beautiful I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks Pedro for being awesome.
