I just got them today, the infaltable is huge and amazing and the service was excellent. Caleb dropped it off, and did an amazing job he was very responsive and helpful, they placed it on a smaller side of the house, and it was tide and risky for the kids, and they changed it after it was set up, to a better, bigger and more clear space, Thank you . I understand that is not your policy but it was for the best of the kids .

Isaac and Michael are great! They showed up extremely early at 10:30 a.m. so we got to have the bouncy house for 3 extra hours . So we got to enjoy the bouncy house for 9 hours. They are very polite and I recommend them 100%!

Very prompt & courteous in the delivery & pickup, and helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this Company! Brandon walked me through the paperwork, expectations, and timing...very professional & competent! He even pointed out a mark that was left from a previous party, that I wouldn’t have noticed, and assured me not to worry about it as it had already been noted. Disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. The bounce house arrived dirty and unsanitized. On the site it says that they clean and sanitize the bounce houses. We mentioned to the guys how dirty it was and one of them just took our hose to wash it off. He did not use any cleaning product or sanitizer. The owner was contacted and after going back and forth with him, he said that he would have them come back to sanitize it, but no one ever showed up. I will never use this company again and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We rented a bounce house for our childs birthday party and it kept collapsing on itself with children inside. We called the company 11 times to resolve the issue. Eventually, we left it collapsed until the driver came to pick it up. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I mentioned the experience to the driver at pick up and he said he would notify the owner. When we called the owner Tim for a refund a few days later, he mentioned he had no idea of the incident and did not offer a full refund. The owner Tim was rude and didnt offer any apologies for the experience. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Go with another company!!!

This company covers a large area and has different delivery personnel, but the men who delivered our bounce house were unprofessional, and their behavior during pickup was shocking.Aside from their actions, the house arrived with beer caps and sharp dried up corn all over the bounce pad which we had to clean up to keep it safe for the kids. Delivery window changed dramatically from when I first placed the order, and pickup ended up being a day later than originally promised, with no communication regarding what time of day to expect pickup.If it weren’t for their behavior upon pickup I wouldn’t feel compelled to leave a review. It’s unfortunate that a few employees can tarnish a company so badly.

I rented from this company two years ago. The owner cursed at me over the phone. Was late dropping off the slide. Then had complications with the slide which delayed our time of rental. My son’s birthday party was from 1pm-4pm, no one had access to the slide until 3:30pm. I didn’t get offered a discount or more time to rent the slide even though the complications were not my fault, but the business’s. The owner was EXTREMELY rude to me, cursed at me and hung up on me. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had with any business of any kind.

We used Xtreme Jumpers Orlando for our company Picnic and I have to say they went above and beyond with us. We rented a large water slide for April, however with bad weather the day of the event we were able to reschedule with them no issues. They came out on time (actually 5 minutes early) and had our slide up in no time. The set up crew was fantastic, very professional. Cant wait to rent from them again next year.

My wife and I had a reservation for TODAY May 18th. We confirmed our address and date 4 times with Jeff when we made the reservation. We had originally wanted the unicorn slide combo but it was not available at the time of booking. Later in the day I received a text from them stating that it was available. We booked the unicorn slide combo (paid a little extra) and confirmed date and location again. For some reason these idiots had us down for SUNDAY. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! My daughter was looking forward to the slide and now we don’t have it. Poor communication. Fix it for your future customers.

Called Xtreme Jumpers, but they were on site on a job so I was asked to call back later. Called later and no one answered so I left a message. Never got a call back so I filled out the online contact form with my info and the day I was looking to rent. Never got a call or email back so needless to say I rented from another company. Was very dissapointed considering the number of great reviews this place has.

I was very disappointed with this company. When I first called to make the reservation the Monday before our party, they took my card information and said it would be charged the Friday before my Saturday rental. Thursday a gentlemen called and said no, that it needs to be the week before. The personnel in the office is very conflicting and the person that called me back was rather rude about it.Second thing wrong is how I received the Concession for 30 people. I couldnt believe that they are OK with providing supplies this way. I was livid! How can you provide this for kids. SEE PHOTO. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ?!- No Labels, wrapped with aluminum foil! and a few cups, no straws.Im giving 2 stars based on the fact that the first person who took my call was nice, and that the bounce house worked out well. I Will NEVER recommend this company for any rental in the future.
