Although it did take me awhile to get an appointment, i had a pretty good experience w them so far. i had my first appointment today; this was my first time seeing someone and getting evaluated so it was pretty nerve wrecking, but ms. kumaraguru was so kind. she was very patient with me, attentive, wanted to listen to all my concerns and worries, was informative, she didn’t judge me, and overall, she was very professional and very sweet. she didn’t make me feel ashamed for opening up, i felt very comfortable talking to her. i look forward to my time here!

I’m so glad I found this place . The doctor is very nice and understanding and truly wants to help

Have been attended to by various providers there and have had good experience. Yes sometimes its hard to get an appointment and get medication issues resolved, But as a patient or family member, you have to be persistent to get what you need done even if it means calling constantly.

Going to dr raju has been an absolute nightmare. My first appointment was two weeks ago and they still have not corrected my medication, they say they will call you back and you have to call yourself and check up EVERY single day. I was having horrible medication side effects 2 WEEKS AGO and let the doctor know within a reasonable amount of time and he STILL has yet to change my medication. Every time you call them they don’t even answer the phone. I do not recommend this place at all it is the worst healthcare experience I think I’ve ever had. The doctor prescribed me medication for a completely different condition that I even have, I’ve brought it up multiple times. I have expressed my concerns multiple times to the office,the info never gets passed along. I will be going elsewhere for my care.

I first met with Dr. Raju for my initial appointment after being with another doctor I was seeing for 14 years and who had just retired. I was expecting that Dr. Raju was going to spend the customary 30-45min for an initial assessment appointment. My history with anxiety and depression was long and complex so I wanted to be sure I had a chance to explain it all. Dr. Raju literally spent only 10-12 mins with me, he asked virtually no questions about my history. He more or less determined I had anxiety and depression based on the meds I took. He simply renewed my meds and ended the session. He did not ask me questions about how long I was taking particular meds and made no suggestions for possible medication changes despite my complaint of ongoing serious anxiety and depression. I felt like the entire appointment was rushed. I think this practice is a high volume practice trying to see as many patients as possible.  After about 3 extremely very brief appointments with Dr. Raju I was switched to another provider in the practice without any notification that my provider would be changing. Quite frankly the time I spent with this practice I simply felt like a number.

The front office staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I tried several times to get them to answer the phone. When I finally got through and made an appointment a few days later I got a text message that the appointment had been canceled. There was no explanation. And there was no rescheduling offered. I texted the office and I called the office and couldn’t get a response. Judging by the poor reviews it’s probably a good thing that I never got into the practice.

I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing this office this. Pleased with the staff and Dr. Sevor.

Scheduled appt for psychiatric eval for my daughter & waited two weeks for appt. Appointments are conducted Telehealth only at the present & at time of appt we did not have a link to begin. I had to call three times to get to the right person to fix this, and the link was sent 30 mins later. When we finally get logged in, we experience an hour of waiting with two check ins from the doctor. The first time she could not hear my daughter (mumbles) but could hear me. She said tech issues and needed to sign out and log back in. 20 minutes later she is back, but this time with the wrong paperwork. She leaves again and we wait about 30 mins to get sent a message that we have been rescheduled for the next day (because tech issues). It is the next day, 24 minutes into appt time. No link. No answers by message or by phone. This is ridiculous! At this point i am choosing to schedule elsewhere. For an office that ONLY does Telehealth, they should have their tech in order.

Actually i love my doctor Esther. However the office over all is horrible. They dont return any calls and i have been with out my meds. I have left numerous messages to only have no one call me back. To me this shows they dont care..

Frustrating and not very helpful. I called and had them check my insurance when I made the appointment. The day of my evaluation they tell me my insurance is not accepted. I also waited over 30 mins after my appointment time for the provider, in an online appointment. She spent about ~15 mins with me and charged $375. The level of care received was not worth the cost. my previous new patient psych appointments have been an hour at least, so 15 mins is not even close to getting to know my history or issues. I wouldn’t recommend them and I’ll be finding different care. I didn’t feel like I was an important patient, I just felt like billable hours.

I shouldn’t be biting the hand that feeds me.. but right now it’s been a necessity to go here while I wait for an appointment with a psychiatrist that I have been referred to. The doctor herself is very nice.. but the office staff leaves much to be desired. I’ve tried to kill them with kindness, I’ve tried to be friendly, but I’m still treated with apathy and coldness. Nor are they apologetic-first appointment was running an hour late, second one was 45 minutes late. To me this is unacceptable. I understand when some places get backed up, but it seems like a trend. Not to mention the bathroom! I mentioned that they were out of paper towels and soap (something that could easily be fixed), but no one decided to take the extra step to alleviate the situation. Go here if you really think the doctor will be worth it.. but do not expect or hope to be treated with a feeling that you matter to them.

I just had my first appointment and the Dr was very nice and I felt like she really wanted to help me. We will see how it goes.

Both of the doctors that I have met with have been very supportive and helpful in finding solutions for my severe anxiety

Its been a week since I almost died, from serotonin syndrome/toxicity (please look it up, its a thing, and fortunately, I can live to educate others of what I learned from just experience), and its been a week since I informed OPA of it, via voicemail (no one answered the phone) and also via email. Requested a stat appt to discuss changing my medication prior to the weekend since I had this reaction, (and its never good to just go off medication) Ill have you know...I did receive an email back at 5:40 pm that the provider ( Esther Ofokansi ) was informed and would call me no later than the next day. I have yet to hear from her. I had nothing but good things to say about her prior to this event, but the fact that she never reached out to try and get the medication safely under control is extremely concerning to me. I have no faith in this practice, or providers due to that. If you just need medication then you should be fine, but if trust and faith in your provider and practice is another thing you need...please look elsewhere. Trust is like blood pressure. Its silent, vital to good health, and if abused it can be deadly -frank sonnenberg

I went to the Sand Lake location because the email said to, got there & they were closed due to covid!!! I called & finally got someone & was told I needed to video!!! So she talked to me & filled my perscriptions.

The staff are friendly and they all played a role in my treatment. They were always so eager to know how I was doing, and they were very understanding as it relates to financial matters. Dr Raju is a great psychiatrist and his team is very warm and welcoming especially Dr Gus. Dr Gus always listen to my concerns and always give advice and support when needed throughout my treatment. He is definitely someone you can depend on. Great Service!

Been with them 3 years. Why is it so hard to get in contact with an individual through your automated services. God forbid I have to reschedule my appt its a nightmare. The lady I talked to was also rude and seem like she didnt wanna help me.

This is my sons google account so no this is not a fake review lol. Anyways, I just wanted to share just a small experience that I have had with Sahara (not sure if thats how u spell it), any who, shes been nothin short of amazing. I was in a really dark place and within one week I was almost back to my complete self. It means more than anything material. Ive been looking for the proper meds for over 3 years and Im pretty sure that thanks to her I can say my dark days are over. I also wanted to include her secretary/assistant. Wonderful lady. Shes extremely kind and helpful and always willing to help when needed. I could really write a book but I just wanted to keep it short. Once again thank you everything!

Excellent company, thorough service, never a long wait, non-judgmental, and I highly recommend this office. After speaking to Jasmine the office manager in the afternoon of Jan. 9th I discovered that the management staff is pleasant to work with should any issues or concerns arise. I would refer friends and family here if it ever came up.

I went here for TMS therapy with Gus for 3 months and he was wonderful. All the staff were very helpful and kind, but Gus always went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable.

I had my first appointment today and what I saw was staff and psychiatrist, all working hard and smart to help people. I had a very good experience and will return for my next appointment. It wasnt perfect, a mistake was made on my appointment card, but I borrowed a phone and it was corrected with ease. I feel I met some very good people today.

Jessica the PA is great to work with. However, the office never answers the phone and no one ever returns messages. You will never get in contact with anyone in any department in a timely manner here.

Locating a competent physician is hard, glad I found this place. I’ve been going to the Orlando location for a few months and very happy with the service provided. Duice is great and the doctor listens. They are worth the visit.

Orlando psychiatric associates is very good, staff is very nice. Dr.Raju is very knowledgeable and caring. I have undergone TMS therapy, therapy is very much useful, TMS specialist Gus is awesome, Gus is very helpful, very friendly, easily approachable and flexible and he helped me to great extent.

I was treated by Dr. Raju for major depression with suicidal ideation. He added Rexulti to my Zoloft, and set me up for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments in his office. Dr. Raju was sympathetic, caring and attentive to my needs.Gus, who administers the TMS treatments, was especially impressive for his knowledge and ability with the treatment machine. He carefully measured my head to assure the correct placement for the treatments, carefully recorded his measurements so they could be duplicated over a course of 36 treatments, and was attentive to my comfort during the treatments. He behaved in a truly professional manner, always giving thought to my needs, not to his convenience. I heartily recommend both Dr. Raju and Gus for anyone with behavioral issues.

Been coming here for two years already and at first it was ok but now its like everyone in orlando wants to come here. They schedule an appointment once you arrive at your appointment time they make you wait an hour or two hours top, to be seen by a psychiatrist that only see you for like 10 mins or less, sends you the pill to the pharmacy and youre out. Its not so good. Will be looking for a better one for my son even if its a long drive. Everything is better outside of Orlando.

I hope this place is actually better than my experience here. But I am glad to say that this doesnt concern me anymore.

I went for my first appointment which was at 10:30 am. I was told to come at 10 am, and I arrived at 9:45 in the hopes I would get my paperwork done and be seen more quickly. After finishing my paperwork, it took over TWO hours to be seen by a doctor. Every single person who came in after me had gone in and left before I was even seen. The ladies at the front desk didnt seem to care and it was causing me distress to my mental health. When they finally called me back, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was not happy at all in the care I received. Then today I got three missed calls from them, no voicemail. When I called back, it took 10 minutes on hold just for them to say that they didnt know why they called me three times. I have an appointment tomorrow and if I am treated poorly by them again, it will be my last visit. People who work with those of us who struggle upkeeping our mental health should be kind and courteous.

This office is very unprofessional. They treat you with total disrespect and only treat you like a paycheck. If you show up at your appointed appointment time you will be waiting a minimum of an hour to see anyone. None of the 8 doctors looks or acts professional. If you want to be angry and feel like youre in a WIC office at private practice prices check them out.

I called and called for three weeks and left messages and got no responses. Then I finally go to an appointment and they had most of my info in the computer incorrectly . They ran my insurance wrong and never told me that the appointment wasnt covered until I arrived. Completely incompetent and unprofessional office staff.

This is the most disorganized psychiatrist office I have EVER been to. I’d have given it zero stars if that were an option.

The office did not smell well. Waiting room chairs were worn and fake leather was peeling off. The Tech look like he was homeless and smelled. I do not recommend this place for anyone Mental wellness treatment.

My sons prescriptions were messed up 3 times, staff took 5 days to respond and were rude. Found one good practician, but admin is so poor its not worth it.

Sometimes there are problems with my medications and treatment but honestly I dont know if thats on them or my insurance. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, especially Gus Jofre.

Not only the front office does not know what they are doing...it is like dealing with a kindergarten facility but they use people as guinea pigs playing around with labeling patients with wrong diagnosis and treat them with disrespect but they are TOTALLY...unethical in this practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE! STAY AWAY FROM DR. BHASKAR RAJU AND STAFF.

This office is extremely unprofessional. They do not attend to patients needs at all. They are only after how much money they can make off of their patients and how they can make them come in as often as possible. Do not go here unless if you want to be discharged as soon as you call them on their lies, without any warning leaving you without medications until you can find a new doctor.

Its 10 min visit with the doctor for an hour and 30 wait, give appointment for 9 wont see you till 11🤔🤔🤔 something is off smh need to work in that .. yet if you show up 15 min late they want to charge you 25$ ..I will be looking for a nother place for my kid !!

My son visit this place for a light depression and in just 16 minutes he got out with a prescription for a bipolar disorder...🤣🤣🤣 we were laughing. He never tooks that pills.

I have nothing but positive things to say about these people they have gone over and beyond numerous times to get authorization approved and regulate my son medication I thank them so much for their time and patience.

This place I always have problems with my sons medicine, the administration only wants to charge the medical plan but little importance to the patients is the fourth time that my son runs out of medicine due to the inefficiency of whoever is in charge of sending the medicine is an abuse .
