Great facility and staff very friendly

Horrible office! Zero communication between the office staff and doctors. The doctor who saw my daughter for her Orthopedic Manipulation appointment was extremely rude. Nico, the office manager was completely unprofessional and never resolved my concerns. Do not go here, you will regret it.

Been a patient for 15+ years only out of location convenience. The list of problems from staff to doctors is too lengthy to list.*Due to not being sick I hadnt been since 12/2016*Have had asthma for the 15+ yrs been a patient*Called for inhaler refill and without an appt they wont refill*First available appointment is 5 days*Suggested I go to ER for refill*Compared my need for breathing medication to the same as someone who has run out of Adderal.I will get my emergency inhaler and get a new primary. Read all the reviews. Avoid this place.

So far..not so good. I only need a physical. Something that takes less than 10 minutes. I called and the earliest they could see me was in 1 month. 3 weeks later, they called asking me to move the appointment 1 month after my schedule time because the doctor couldnt make it. That day is today, Ive been trying to call the office to double check my appointment time and I have not been able to communicate with them. The phone rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. Needless to say, Im going keeping my appointment b/c I need the physical for insurance reason, but I will not be returning back for medical services at this facility.

This place is horrible!!! Waited an hour in the waiting room one time and they couldnt tell me why. All they kept saying is I am sorry not sure why they havent called you. Your child gets sick and you get told I dont have any appointments so we will call you soon to see where we can add you. If we could give then no stars then that is what we would do. The front office staff are so rude. I cant wait until we can change these doctors for my children.

The doctors are pretty good though you have to explain yourself several times due to all the student doctors. The office staff is questionable though. Be warned. They are VERY slow to answer the phone.

Awful, AWFUL experiences at this office. If I could give negative stars, I would. Was extremely sick with strep throat and a double ear infection. The doctor wouldnt even TEST, even after ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES, I wasnt even given something to fight off possible infection!. I went to centracare the next day and tested positive for strep. The doctor told me my ears looked horrible and that it could have gotten much worse had I not been put on antibiotics. Thanks a LOT, never coming back here.

So far so good. Waiting was a bit long but Merva and Elisa are so sweet and my sons Doc Dr. Cirullo rocks! Dont know who the other reviewers had but I hope I dont have to come and change my rating. Lol

This place is rating 0 a big one you cant get appointment if you are sick always they gives you 3 weeks or longer the personal stuffs rude but the positive thing in there is 2 good Doctors Dr Brian Browning and Dr Geer apart those everything is sucks I wouldnt recommend it they should fire their manager and look for better one to manage that center.

This place is awful. The staffs are unprofessional. It takes forever to see doctor. Stay away!!!
