RED FLAG!!! On Friday, February 9th, 2018 Mr. Oswaldo Perez, interviewed me for the Master Level Counselor position they had on their recently opened office in Rockledge. I was hired on the spot and was even assigned two cases that same day! SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?! IT WAS! I was astonished!! Imagine, not even a background check requested, nonetheless I provided him with my FDLE Type II Background Ck, Master’s Degree Diploma, CFARS and FARS Certificates; Graduate Level Certificate in Diversity Studies and Graduate Level Certificate in Professional Counseling! I asked Mr. Perez for information on the cases assigned, to be seen Tuesday of the following week. He did not provide information that day, nor during the weekend that I kept asking for the cases info. I requested a meeting with him for Monday, prior to the appointments with new cases and he accepted, to later cancel it. He said he would meet me the same Tuesday of the appointments at 4:00 pm, appointments were at 5:00 pm. I arrived at 3:00 pm and left at 5:10 pm AND NOBODY SHOWED UP; no phone calls no texts, no nothing. AND THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE! It makes me wonder about the reputation of this company and their professionals, having a Mr. Oswaldo Perez, as one of them in charge of interviewing and hiring people!!
