Absolutely atrocious service. Wish the military exchange store used a different service entirely. Ordered a dryer, its been at the delivery terminal since last Friday. Called first thing Monday and set up delivery for today, Wednesday. Called to reconfirm delivery this morning and apparently since someone else cancelled their delivery, mine was cancelled as well. Received no call whatsoever and now have to wait till Friday, when its hopefully delivered. Took time off for this as well and really need the dryer ASAP. This company is trash, had this issue with them several times, even received a highly damaged couch through them before. Communication is key in logistics and these people couldnt communicate to save their lives it seems.

Horrible customer service. Got a call on Monday 3/8 to set an appointment for Tuesday 3/9. Waited around all day no call no show. Online tracking says today on Wednesday 3/10 that my shipment was at the terminal left message for customer. But no one called. I called the terminal and was told I never had an appointment and they wouldn’t have set one for Tuesday since they don’t service my area on Tuesday. However on their website it says an appointment was set on 3/8. In my conversation with the person at the terminal I had asked why the tracking information had said I had an appointment and was given no explanation for the confusion. The only appointment available is next Monday 3/15 Almost a month since it was shipped. This was shipped on 2/19 with SEKO 3-5 day service. So it should have been here by the first of the month. Not sure why it’s taking a full month to get my shipment. I would have rated lower if I could have.

Make sure to check the address when shipping and take responsibility to fix it don’t run away

I wish there was a no star option. Most ridiculous, stupid company I have ever dealt with. First off, the item was completely unusable as it had been destroyed in the shipping process. It’s been over 3 months and after more than 6 attempts it is still sitting in my room. They are always 3+ hours late and send their smallest guys who can’t even lift anything. I’ve had to reschedule a pick up 7 times and have no hope whatsoever of anything actually being done. Stay away from this company. Save yourself the trouble .
