Worst company to deliver merchandise. To start off, the furniture took 5 months to get ordered, understood cause of COVID. The shipping company told us that they would call us 24 hours before delivery. Never received a phone call. Took off work the day the furniture was supposed to deliver and the furniture never came. Called them to see what happened and they stated it was a system glitch so I told them I can reschedule as long as you can deliver after 3 pm. They said fine. Day before delivery we get an email saying they are delivering the furniture between 11-12. Called them to fix this situation and they said they can’t change the time. Get a notification that it’s now coming between 10-11 am because someone cancelled their order. Tried to get them to change the date and now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Worst company and ever worse service. I have been trying to reach a manager and I keep getting told that the matter has been resolved by a subordinate. Makes no sense because now it’s even earlier then before and the manager won’t talk to me. Please do not go through them for the sake of your sanity. I want my money back
Delayed my package for no reason for 4 days.Lied and made excuses, blamed on delivery driver. Talked to driver who showed me they had no communication with him until I complained. Gave him instructions to leave 2,000 dollars package on my doorstep at 11pm. Called it white glove service. This company is ripping off the businesses they serve.
This has been the WORST experience I believe I have ever had. Massiano Logistics was to deliver furniture to me. They sent me an email on Saturday for me to pick a deliver date. I chose the following Tuesday as that was an option. On Monday, they sent me a text stating that they are closed on Tuesday so it would be Saturday. On Tuesday they sent me a message that it would be Friday. On Wednesday I called Customer Service which is only open from 8-5 and they said Friday was no longer available so it would be Thursday. On Thursday morning I called and they said the delivery window would be from 9-12. I called at 1 and they said the delivery driver was behind so it would be from 6-9 pm AT NIGHT. I told her I didnt feel comfortable with people being in my house after dark. She said she understood and would contact the driver and call me back. At 4 pm I hadnt received a call back so I called again. The CS rep said they didnt answer and he would try again. The delivery guy still did not answer so he gave me the number. I called more than 15 times and finally they called me back. He said it would be closer to 9 pm because they scheduled the route the wrong way! I told him that I didnt feel comfortable ppl being in my house after dark and I would like it delivered on Friday from 9-12 and he said he would call dispatch. He called back and said he already had a route on Friday so I could pick another day in a couple of weeks to have it delivered or I could call dispatch myself. I called dispatch and they had left for the day!! Im basically forced to have strangers in my house around 8-9 pm since I am travelling next week.This is despicable and I will never order furniture DiningRoomsOutlet.com ever again because of this poor delivery service and certainly not order from anyone that uses Massiano Logistics!!
Absolutely abysmal. Hope you dont get stuck with a company that uses these people for your delivery service. Unprofessional, slow and not-responsive... They will just change delivery dates on a whim and then not respond.Its incredible that companies such as this stay in business.
The delivery team was very professional and helpful. They are more fit to work as a team in the White House. Very professional
I ordered a couch in April of 2020 and have still not received my furniture. After MONTHS of waiting on the couch to be delivered to the delivery partner it was finally set up for delivery. I received my first delivery date for December 11th, then it was rescheduled to December 15th, then immediately to December 16th then the 17th, then without notifying me it was switched to December 29th, then again January 5th 2021, and now finally January 6th 2021. The first excuse given was they had a change in management, the next excuse was the truck broke down, and I have not spoken to them to find out what the other 5 excuses are. This company is an absolute disgrace and horrible to work with. When I speak with an associate, it is all fake and telling me what they assume I want to hear.
Massiano Logistics has had my furniture in their NC warehouse since the middle of November 2020. I originally had a delivery date of Dec 1st. Since then I’ve had 14 cancellations / rescheduleds, 2 truck show up to my house in MI without my furniture on it and still have not received my delivery. The furniture company blames Massiano but no one there has done anything to help. A supervisor even refused to talk with me in their service department. As of today January 4, 2021 I received yet another cancellation and no date for delivery at all.Is there anything myself and the other angry customers can do. They have literally taken my furniture and refuse to deliver or work with us.
Frank and Oscar did a great job to keep items dry while delivering in the rain and took additional steps to keep home clean and dry and not track in dirt from outside!
Dont ever use this cheap company this people i brought a bedroom set from 1stopbedroom .com this company schedule me 2 diefrent days and they themself cancel the day making me take off of work then a whole week past then they schedule me for the following week so thats 2 weeks after i was schedule for a day had even someone text me to comfirm the delivery then had to wait 2 more weeks sleeping on the house carpet thanks to this really bad company first time in years i have dealt with a company this bad at this point if i find something in a furniture store i was not wait for this order dont even now how this type of busniess are still runing becuase the shore not be in busniess if people buy furniture and that to wait 4-6 weeks just to get to this warehouse the wait another 2-3 weeks due to the neglect of this so call company if i could repot this anywhere more i would do it becuase this just not caring for people furniture 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Very poor service and communications. I ordered a Copeland Sarah Sleigh bed from Vermont Wood Studios in November, 2019. The sales process went well and the bedwas manufactured on time with good communications on the status.The delivery process was very poor. Vermont Wood Studios used Styline Logistics for delivery - but they dont delivery to a residence soStyline used Deliveright/Massiano Logistics for final delivery to our house. We were told on a Monday the bed would be deliveredon Wednesday and to clear the room as the Deliveright/Massiano would not remove the old bed. Based on their direction I had theold bed disassembled and moved into storage. Then on Tuesday I was told there was a change in schedule and now the bed would be delivered the following Monday.I escalated this to executive management in Vermont Wood Studios and Skyline and despite their efforts they were unable toimprove on the schedule. This resulted in us sleeping on the floor for six days - and they called this white glove serviceThe frustrating issue - the delivery service was less than an hour away and they could have delivered the bed on time if they really wanted.The bed did arrive and its a nice piece of furniture. However, its clear that the manufacturer and distributor have no control over the delivery process.
If you are ordering furniture and they are using this delivery service, buy from someone else. They had my furniture for over a month and did not deliver. Difficult to get through on the landline. Communication was terrible. Was told I would be put on their priority list but that delivery might not occur for another week because we dont have routes in your area.
