They’ve not been able to get on top of our weed problems and we’re doing some sod-replacement as a last resort. Hate to leave a poor review, hopefully I’ll be able to update with better news later.Edited to add: thank you for your reply. I only posted this review because I was repeatedly prompted to via email. The dollar-weed has been dramatically reduced, but the spurge (and burmuda) were unfazed, prompting the sod work. Again, I hope to post a better update in the future.

We have been LawnWorx customers for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. Management and office staff are always responsive and professional and the Technicians have helped us numerous times solve issues with our lawn to restore it to looking the way we want it. to. Highly recommend them.

Just had new sod installed before using them. my neighbors used them and his lawn looked great. my new sod does not. in process of looking for someone else.

Lawnworks supports my lawn with fertilizer. Its a tricky lawn, because the HOA cant yet provide reclaimed water via irrigation, so my lawn has dry spots. The technician did his best so that the dry areas were not burned by fertilizer. Overall, this technician was given an A grade.

Been a pleasure. Had 4 services b4 that did t follow directions… this co. Has always done as asked… have had for at least 4 years

Staff drop off a bill but skip or run through the service appointment so fast if you blink you’ve missed them. Sub par weed and pest control

If I could give them zero stars I would. They damaged and burned my lawn and would not own up to it. The manager first said he would take care of it and then turned around and took back what he promised. They are the only ones who spray my yard. I would run far away from this company and not use them. He kept coming up with a million excuses not to rectify what his company did to my lawn. My tree was even affected by the chemicals they sprayed on the lawn. Greg was trying to pass the buck and blame my neighbors because he did not want to pay to resod the area they damaged!! Poor customer service and professionalism. Im filing a BBB complaint against them! **Reply**The pattern of the burned grass is consistent with the way the technician drives his machine on my lawn!!! Ive seen him with my own eyes!! So your smug attitude (like others have commented on reviews) wont convince anyone. Its okay God doesnt like ugly. What you sow on Earth you will reap!!

Lawn Worx has been maintaining my lawn for several years now and I must say the QUALITY of work that has been provided has been greatly APPRECIATED. My tech, JOHN JOHNSTON, is the best. I hope ALL of the employees are following his high work standards. John is dependable, comes each month with no problems, provides honest lawn evaluations. He is the BEST appears to be a LOYAL employee.

Stay away from this company! I canceled them and they stayed billing me and then sent me to collections. For a payment I already made and provided bank statements as evidence. So terrible to be dealing with this while everything else going on Financially and in the world right now!

I called in reference to having a one time visit for heavy weed killer. I used this company for a year and 11 months up until 2 years ago, faithfully. I fired them (will address why later) As things are a bit difficult now and money is tight, I only wanted a one time visit with heavy weed killer, and I wanted to pay same day. The person who answers the phone, Brooke is extremely nice and very helpful. I just needed to know what day they would be out so I could plan to be home and pay them promptly. They were not able to give me a day. I understood, but very nicely asked if she could find out so I would know when to be home. Brooke then made the mistake of putting their manager Greg on the phone. Im sure the owner would love to know that his manager Greg is a very rude smug unprofessional individual who has no business talking to any customers whatsoever. He got on the phone, and was extremely nasty. I am pretty easy going, it doesnt bother me when people are rude usually but this guy earned the company this review. And all of this was after giving them another shot, because I fired them after 1 year and 11 months because the last few months the service was declining and getting worse and worse and more weeds were growing. They did NOTHING to fix it. Why did I call them then? I have no experience with any of the other companies here so I decided to give them another try. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Poorly managed and poorly operated. I told him thanks, ill call true green.

We had yellow grass patches, dying part and lots of weeds in so many areas. The gentlman who came out gave us good news that we had a good base and the grass would improve over the next few weeks. It came back so nicely! The yellow patches cleared up and the weeds disappeared. We were more than pleased with the customer service and the results. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Previously used Masseys. They kept changing our billing dates and would never fix it to one date. I feel we were double billed more than once. Lawnworx totally different experience. Excellent service and quality products.

***UPDATE (Since it wont let me remove this)***Greg showed up personally and apologized for the hangers in the neighborhood and agreed that working with the HOA to inform residents through newsletters or posting on the neighborhood announcement board at the mailbox gazebo is the way to go with gated neighborhoods. This is the sign that a company leader takes their reputation very seriously and will work to ensure customer satisfaction and the companys good name. Updated from 1 star to 3 (attempt at neutrality) as I have not used their service, but appreciate the personal handshake and apology and the extra effort.***End UPDATE***Disrespectful company. Apparently Skip feels that since the gate is open today (4/28/2017) because there are homes still being built in my gated, no solicitation neighborhood (Serenity at Red Tail), that its okay to come on in and shove his door hanger flier through the door and jamb gap. Will never use a company that puts a hanger on/through my door.

One of their techs made an adjustment to our irrigation system which made our water bill 240$ higher the following month. I called to cancel, which they did but they were insisting I pay for that last visit. I refused to pay, talked to a manager who said he would call me right back after he talked to his tech ... now they just put me in collections for the 49$. STAY AWAY from this company!In response to your comment below: The account is passed due because I am REFUSING to pay 49$ out of principle. I have tried to talk to you on many occasions and you never listen, you obviously side with your tech!Stay away from this company!

During a losing battle with Chinch Bugs and yard weeds, Lawnworx stepped in and saved my lawn. They even did multiple treatments in one week to assure the problems were taken care of completely. No bugs or weeds are in my lawn now. I highly recommend Lawnworx to anyone who is in need of a lawn service that really produces great results.

A company that tries. Customer service often seems to be a thing of the past, yet this company remembers. I had a rough start with these folks but an honest effort to keep my business and provide good service has me on board as a client for the foreseeable future. Mistakes happen and what a company does to remedy mistakes speaks volumes. My yard has improved and my neighbors have noticed. I do pass on the number of LAWNWorx to them. Give them a try.

My zoysia lawn which is 3 years old looks great because of Lawnworx. We have had at least 4 other landscape companies over the years taking care of our property and Lawnworx is head and shoulders above them all. More importantly they are responsive when they need to be.Update June 2013 - The crew which is in charge of maintaining our lawn is beyond great. They are attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. Tries to use pushover tactics to get business.Brags about how much business they have, yet harasses us by phone for at least 15 minute begging for business, even though we already told him that we get better and cheaper service elsewhere.Says negative things about other companies, which is not a good business practice, and is a detriment to them.

I chose Lawn Worx based on the Google reviews and the convincing sales pitch. Looking closely at the reviews here, Im not sure how reliable they are. Worlie mccoy who left a 5 star review a year ago actually works for the company.Who left all these glowing reviews wouldnt have mattered had they taken proper care of my lawn. My emails to Worlie, aka Skip would go unanswered. Most recently emailed about the condition of my lawn, got no response. Spend your money elsewhere!

I use Lawnworx on a regular basis and have been very satisfied with the horticultural and agronomic knowledge the staff uses on my projects. As an account manager, I generate many work orders on a regular basis and find the Lawnworx staff to be very responsive to my requests and inquiries.

Our yard was looking only so-so and looked as though we might beginning to have some problems. Lawnworx started taking care of the yard and it is looking great and the price is also great.

Ive had a number of lawn care contractors since Ive been in Florida. One of those contractors resulted in me having to replace a large section of my lawn. Since Ive had Lawnworx, I have a very healthy lawn with a minimal amout of weeds and I am very staisfied with their service.

We have never had our lawn looking as green and thick as it is this year. Your employees are always prompt, polite and do a great job!

This company is Horrible. Dont sign up with them, I hired them 7 month ago and now i have to replace the whole front yard. I just fired them today.

When necessary to call about a problem they are very responsive, invoicing is accurate.

Recently asked them to spot treat some pesky weeds in my yard. They killed the weeds alright, and most of my grass as well. I fired them.
