Dust under shelves. All in all the service was completed in less than an hour.Customer service had poor communication, refused to give a full refund upon several requests.Would not recommend.

While the team did a fast job of cleaning, we also unfortunately encountered breakage they were unwilling to take responsibility for, even though it happened the day they cleaned and no one else was here. We dont believe the breakage was intentional, however when we pointed it out they denied it even though there is no other way for it to have happened (its just my husband and I). We understand things like this will happen, we just would expect a professional company to take responsibility when we point it out and show evidence of the damage. We certainly have no way to prove they did the damage, but there is also no other possible explanation.

Really shady business practices, they put you on the schedule, remove you and then make it impossible to get ahold of them. Once you do they then charge double to come out for a deep clean instead of a standard clean (which is double the price) find a another service. They have very little loyalty and I used them for years.

Wow! Ive had bad and what I believed to be good, but none as good as the work Annies team did. The house smelled clean. Every detail was attended to with care. They spruced up the beds, made intricate towel designs and they even vacuumed the sides of the couch...who does that? The house was spotless. The kind of clean that almost makes you feel guilty to live in.Fantastic!

Annie’s did an amazing job on our new home. We requested a move in cleaning and they cleaned the whole interior (4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 floor house) within a few hours. We are very happy with the results. The house was grimy and unpleasant as the previous owners had left it empty for some time, but somehow Annie’s was able to clean pretty much all of it without any extra fees past what was quoted. I was relieved to come home to shiny floors and clean carpets. This is amazing quality for a affordable price and the payment process was simple with a variety of options offered, including Apple Pay. So I had to change my positive reviews to a negative one. I will admit that this company will do a good job. If you’re looking for that only, you’re fine. However, if you ever need to cancel last minute...even after being a good customer and tipping well over the 20%...then go the other way. I had to cancel last minute because of a issue with family. The owner never gave me an option to cancel without penalty. When I asked her when I could reschedule she said, “I can’t tell you when I can reschedule you because my appointment book is at the office. I just need to know if you need to cancel because I’ve hired extra help.” I offered to pay for my next service in full or do anything else to help compensate.She kept on about the inconvenience. I tried to make it work and then an hour later I told her my family just isn’t comfortable since it’s Covid. Either way, she says she can no longer schedule me again and said she was offering me to cancel for free the first time. SHE NEVER SAID THAT! She was trying to force me to make a decision that worked for her. And that’s fine! I was looking for a business that I can rely on, pay well, be in my home, etc. Not a business that will pull out when it doesn’t go their way. Her loss, for that measly $200 she lost over a $1000 for the year plus tip. So just know they have no flexibility. Maybe best for one time cleaning, not a monthly company. Good luck

This week we used Annies Cleaning Services for the first time in a condo that we are preparing to market for rent and they did a fantastic job! The finishes are high end and I was a little concerned about the chemicals that would be used. The floors, counters, cabinets, and showers look amazing! Cleaning service uses the same dirty rags to clean multiple rooms which spreads germs opposed to being sanitary. When I have asked for a new crew I have been told no I need to keep the same crew. Doesnt follow direction and then argues with the client when you provide feedback on a cleaning. Very unprofessional and their service has gone downhill. I would never recommend them to anyone, especially with Covid 19 going on and all a person is trying to do is have a sanitary home or office. They do not convey a cleanliness feel to your surroundings.

I used their service bimonthly for many months for my business prior to COVID shut downs. I paused service for 8 weeks due to mandated business shut downs and when I asked to reinstate was given a 40% increase. I decided not to continue with them due to such a high and sudden increase. The bigger issue is they say they mailed my key to me 3 weeks ago, it has yet to arrive and they will not cover any cost to re-key my locks. They chose to mail a business key with no tracking information which I find highly irresponsible. I can not in good faith recommend this company. There is a serious lack in judgement and a problem with making things right for a customer. Terrible customer service. When unfortunate things happen in my own business that may not be my fault but affected my clientele adversely, I make it right, no questions asked. Its common sense.

I am very sad to have to write this review as I previously worked with Annie’s Cleaning Service for over a year now. We had to take a break due to Covid and unfortunately since our return to cleanings, the quality of the work has gone way down. The cleaning crew were repeatedly hiding my things to where I could not find it, including important medications. At the most recent cleaning, they ruined my rug. Originally when I spoke with them about the damage, they were dismissive of my concerns. After later apologizing for their response, they tried to buy my rug from me and were demanding to pick up the rug the next day. When I spoke with one of the owners about my concerns, she suggested that it was time for me to find a new cleaning company, which I am now doing. So sad to see such a good cleaning company go down hill.
