Front desk staff is very nice and welcoming. High energy coaches keep you motivated and challenge you throughout the workout.
The coaches are incredibly responsive and detailed in helping me correct my form and in offering me alternative workouts. After years of not being as active, I was extra sensitive as to not injuring myself — I wanted to go at my own pace. They’re embracing that! My body is changing and so is my mental and emotional health. I absolutely love working out at RockHard Fitness!
We joined RHF last year, as I am getting older and feeling like I was losing mobility I knew I needed to do something to get myself back in shape or else become a crippled old man. From day 1 Damon and Logan made me feel comfortable and recognized my limitations and helped me set reasonable goals to get thereThe whole staff create a safe and fun environment for all skill levels. I have a ways to go, but in the past 7 months I have been really pleased with my progress. The trainers strike just the right balance of cheerleader and coach.The small group workouts allow for lots of attention and guidance from the trainers. Come in and try them out, you wont regret it.
The trainers have fun and interactive personalities and the atmosphere is inviting. I did not feel intimidated and the facility is clean and well organized.
Todays workout pushed my limits. Thats the biggest reason I come to Rock Hard. I work harder than I would on my own. Thats why Im getting results.
Overall, the people who work here are nice, the gym is clean, and the classes are solid and will give you a good workout. If you already have experience in lifting, this is the gym for you and is 5/5.However, if you are a beginner (especially if you’re female), just a head’s up this gym can be extremely intimidating. Their website claims it’s beginner friendly and non-sales pushy, but I was strongly encouraged at my first group class to book personal training since I was a beginner. YMMV depending on who’s leading the classes. I did ultimately pay for personal training, which was helpful in some ways but VERY expensive (figure over $60/hour for training when all I really wanted was to come to ~$14/hour group classes but felt guilty that I wasn’t good enough to just participate in a supposedly beginner friendly class). Anyway, without belaboring the point or dragging up other issues, it’s just not the same for beginners. If you’re a woman, just be aware too that classes are heavily skewed male, and sometimes you’ll be the only woman there. Might not be a big deal for you, but just for awareness if you like group classes with other women.All in all, I do like this gym, but I am not sure I would ever recommend it to someone who’s new. And with exercise, that’s disappointing, because it’s hard enough to just walk through a gym door and try to make the change as a beginner without being made to feel you aren’t good enough.
They have THE best trainers, great atmosphere that is kept clean and organized, innovative workouts and formats that dont get boring. Love the group fitness environment, great energy! Literally the best gym Ive ever signed up for, hands down.

I found Rock Hard shortly after the gym i favorited closed. I wanted to get more experienced in lifting while still having a group fitness experience. I had very little experience with lifting when starting, however the trainers were excellent on making sure my form was correct and answering any questions or concerns. Which is a huge plus for me as I do have a previous injury I have to be aware of and they always make it a point to show modifications if I need it. Classes are a good mix of male and female and it is an awesome environment and atmosphere all around. they have plenty of class times to choose from which fit my busy schedule. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn more or have more experience and looking for a great work out Rock Hard fit is a 5/5! Been attending classes 3-4 days a week for the past 7months and dont plan on leaving anytime soon
From motivating for progress to finding individual modifications for difficult exercises, its clear the trainers at RHF only care about every persons long-term success. 10/10 recommend!
I absolutely love RHF! I started only 6 months after breaking my knee. The coaches helped me rebuild muscle and get back into fitness. A year and a half later they continue to help me grow at my own pace and are always encouraging and upbeat!! The gym is also safe and clean.

I LOVE RHF! The workouts are awesome. When I started working out at RHF I hadnt been to a gym in YEARS and everyone was very helpful with showing me what I needed to do and how to modify the workouts to suit my fitness level. I feel like I get one on one training while in a group class. All the coaches I have met are nice, helpful, and hilarious!!
The instructors and atmosphere are awesome. They give you the push you need and help when necessary. Love this place.
Never been to a place with similar workout format. I was bored with my workouts and found Nirvana. Coaches are great and interested in helping you keep good form. Try it out!!!
I’ve been an RHF member since 2018 and have no plans to leave. Even through the pandemic, RHF has offered virtual classes and a clean/safe environment now that gyms have reopened. Face masks are a requirement unless at your station and they emphasize heavy cleaning before and after the workout. The workout routines themselves are usually pretty comprehensive and leave you feeling sore (in the good way). Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I come here all the time. Even before they remodeled. The store is always clean & well organized and the staff very friendly. They genuinely do ask if you need assistance. The wine selection looks amazing.
HR fitness has the individual in mind. Its not one size fits all. Injuries are accounted for and not dismissed. You find your potential and fly.

This is one of the best gyms in the whole area and I visit a lot of gyms through class pass. The gym itself is always clean and not smelly which can happen when you have back to back classes. The sign in is simple and the trainers always have a ton of energy even super early in the morning. They clean bathrooms and offer cold towels with eucalyptus. They feels amazing after a tough workout. Speaking of workouts.. if you dont feel like you got a good workout you didnt put in enough effort. I am always DEAD (in the best way) when I leave this gym and I workout regularly. I have always had good experiences here but most recently I went and I was the only one that signed up for the class. This has happened to me at other studios and they always cancel. This gym didnt. They werent even bothered. I basically got a one on one and it was amazing. I would recommend everyone try it out and they do a first week free trial. No excuses!

Rock Hard Fitness has a fun atmosphere, camaraderie and it’s so welcoming everyone. They have new equipment and provide challenging workouts that can be tailored to each individual’s level and progression. The workouts are always changing, which keeps it interesting. Great gym and amazing owners and staff. Ive been training here for over a year and really enjoy it. Lots of variety for people of all fitness types. The owners and staff take a real interest in all their members. They honestly treat you like family. Im always eager and happy to support a small, locally owned business.If youre on the fence, definitely give it a try. I moved to Orlando two years ago and immediately began looking for a gym. Rock Hard was convenient to my home so thats why I tried it. But that is NOT why I have remained a member. Jen and Max have created a positive, encouraging environment but they still kick your ass! I highly recommend Rock Hard!
Ive been training at RHF since it opened. But, I started training with Max long before that. What Max, Jen and their team have done here is amazing. I am 56 years old and in the best shape of my life thanks to their professionalism, knowledge, class variety and class scheduling. No two workouts are the same and they are always adding new equipment.The classes are fun, engaging and the music keeps things hopping! You definitely get more than you pay for. So, if youre looking for a new place to get a great workout OR youre looking to start working out for the first time in a long time you should definitely take advantage of their one week free unlimited classes! You wont be disappointed!

Im a newer member at RHF (started about 3 months ago) and I am very impressed. I chose this gym mainly because the location was close to my house, but I am so glad that I gave them a try! They offer early morning classes, which I like because I get my workout in before I go to work. Also, the workouts are upbeat and interesting and keep me engaged. They are circuit training and HIIT types of workouts, which I really enjoy because the hour flies by. The workouts are interesting and fresh and dont feel repetitive week after week. Staff are very encouraging and are flexible with modifications. Music is great and the atmosphere is very supportive and energizing! This is a great gym community with fun and challenging workouts. I highly recommend them!
Signed up for the free trial week. So far I love the classes, lots of variety. Every day I leave feeling like I got a great workout and I’m very sore. Will definitely be joining!

Ive worked out with Max for over 4 years. Max is incredibly dedicated to each one of his clients. Prior to this past year, my workouts were more for vanity reasons; however about a year and a half ago I suffered a massive stroke at the age of 42 that left me paralysed on the entire left side of my body. Ive received numerous hours of PT but it wasnt until Max got me back in the gym where I finally started to get strength back in my leg. He took the time to set up different stations around the gym that I would be safe to complete the workout. Hes cheered me on and made me feel safe and secure in a now very unstable world. Max has been so dedicated to my recovery that he has come to my house to pick me up, load my wheelchair and get me to the gym. I dont think I would be this far along in my recovery if it werent for Max. Regardless of what your fitness or health goals are ?Max and Jen will create a program custom to you.
