Fantastic! Family/ team atmosphere. Eddie and his leaders are encouraging and motivated which In turn brings great enthusiasm to the classes they lead. They are watchful eyes not to over look the ones who are just starting out, and mindful of those who need the extra push and yet they are very challenging to those who have great drive. They are skilled professionals who know how to run their classes and bring out the greatest potential in everyone. God blessed them with the wisdom needed to do what they do best. Build People!

Such an amazing place to work out. Very motivating and supportive coaches, that will help you reach your goals. I have seen a huge difference in my body since I started coming here. I also started doing Nutrition with Elisa, and she is amazing! She takes the time to create an easy to follow meal plan designated for you, which has helped with my body transformation completely. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and it has become like my second home. I highly recommend!

This gym is a great place to learn new things and reach your goals! I have already lost 70 POUNDS doing a mix of boot camps, small group training, and one on ones and nutrition with Elisa Ayala. I highly recommend this place and its family friendly and have classes for kids!

This fitness studio is by far the best Ive been to in the Orlando area. The owners and staff are patient, friendly, and welcoming. They demonstrate how to use the equipment and assist if needed. The music is awesome! I absolutely love the energy and recommend anyone that wants a great work out to attend this studio.

Great atmosphere! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. No gymtimdation here! Youll not only lose weight but learn in the process what you need to do. They also have a certified nutritionist as well and helped me lose the weight I was aiming for! Great gym love it here and I recommend it for everyone!

My favorite place to train. Very motivating, supportive, and friendly environment.The coaches are expert professionals and know how to take your fitness and nutrition to the next level safely and in a way that you can maintain for life. I am currently with a personal trainer package and they are exceeding my expectations every time. Always a new workout to keep my body guessing and improving every week. I would recommend this studio for all my friends and family in Orlando.
