I attend the Citrus Club for Realtor events. I have not had the pleasure of exploring the rest of the club. The staff is awesome and welcoming when arriving. You can enjoy a nice cocktail on the otherside.

We had our wedding here on 2/2/2020 and were so incredibly happy with how everything turned out! We had the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception all at the Citrus Club and the day was absolutely perfect. Ben was great to work with initially and our planner (Runway Events) worked seamlessly with him once we brought them on. The facilities are absolutely stunning, food and drinks were delicious, and staff were awesome. Our guests were blown away by the views of downtown Orlando from the 18th floor and so many people told us it was the best wedding food theyd ever had. It was the perfect place for our perfect day.

Food takes very good since Im there using my Signature Gold Dining Benefits! I happened to come the Friday before Valentines Day (Sunday) and it was busier than usual. But the service was good and was properly taken care of coming from Atlanta. Lots of citrus flavor in the menu...of course it is Florida! They even let all the ladies dining a rose this Valentines Day weekend that we can take home! 🌹Cheers!

Went to the Citrus Club restaurant for the first time last night and it was an amazing experience that I will look back at for a long time.**Right now you can eat at the Citrus Club without being a member and its 100% worth checking out. Make a reservation!The quality of staff, led by our amazing server Ethan, was remarkable. Add to that the absolutely delicious food and the great ambience, and youll end up having an awesome package. Prices are surprisingly okay for an upscale dining experience, youd pay more at a Ruths Chris or Flemings.This is a great spot for a special event like a birthday or family reunion, in my opinion its too fancy for an anyday dinner.

Loved the ambiance, food and service. However there was a 20% service charge on my tab that specifically said did not include the tip which meant I had to tip an additional 20%. So if youre willing to spend 40% for service then its great. Otherwise, overpriced. A heads up about the service charge should have been disclosed during reservations.

Had a company event here, loved the views from the main ballroom. Would love to host events here in the future.

If your not rich, know someone who is or has rich taste. A private but not exclusive club. My primary reason for attending is the restaurant and bar. The club has other facilities. $15.00 Kobe burger enough said. Bourbon is my liquor of choice. The bar in this respect is short coming. Bakers or Knob Creek should be on the shelves. The best feature of the club is the staff. I cant recall a run in or a employee who seem to be having a bad day. A spectacular view of the city anywhere in the club. An excellent choice for business and conferences. First class.

The service was horrible, the food was even worse and the staff was not attentive at all. We were welcomed with complimentary champagne which was a jive start however not every member of our party was served. We waited over thirty minutes for drinks. We had to remind the staff several times to bring the bottle of wine we ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. One member of our party has a food allergy and we inquired about potential dishes and/or potential alternatives. We were assured that the selections made would be fine. Every single course had to be sent back as the server/kitchen messed up every course by including items that could not be consumed. The attention to detail was severely lacking. For the prices this place charged, you just expect better food and service. I will not be going back. On a side note, do not order the bananas foster for desert. Sliced bananas in a bowl of melted ice cream is not bananas foster.

We celebrated our Daughter and Son-in-law’s wedding at the Citrus Club last week. The venue is beautiful and the food delicious and service were impeccable. Kristen Spellman and her team were so helpful in suggesting vendors and making decor decisions. They worked hand in hand with Emily Rohrer from Runway Events making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend the Citrus Club to anyone planning a wedding!

Great experience each time. Member for over 11 years... The only complaint is that it used to be a members only by referral club. Now they let anyone in with a credit card in. Defeats the point of getting away from average Joes. Thats why we pay for membership!

The food as well is always delicious and staff is always friendly and very accommodating.I tried their vegan noodle bowl last time and it was very good! Ive gone into this building a few times for some holiday parties and some personal events that were held by some members. Its a beautiful venue that occupies an entire floor on the building. The parking garage is a little awkward with all the ups and downs but there always seems to be parking close to some elevator vantage point. Be sure to get some type of validation before you leave so that you can obtain free parking. At the Citrus Club itself they have great dining options and an amazing staff that offers a full variety of great liquor and wine options. The Christmas party is a very big event and it draws in a huge dressy crowd. They are very accommodating and have delicious desserts and pastries as well at this venue. I am just a guest of a member but the few experiences that Ive had have been fantastic. I look forward to going back in the future and taking advantage more of the carving stations that they offer as well. The skyline views are breathtaking By the way. They have a few private rooms as well that are available for reservation by the members and Im pretty sure that as a member you only pay for the food and drinks.

Excellent service, food, great view.. Probably the best, most friendly service you will ever find, they know who you are, and call you by name. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is that you pay for these amenities, quite pricey. However if you are only out for an occasional night of extravogence, it is perfect.

This is s members only venue that boasts excellent views and superb networking opportunities. There are two different lounges. One is more casual and the other requires a coat. You honestly cant beat the sunset views from their 18th floor venue. Every night is a different special and their Monday lunch cant be beat. Tuesday - Friday they have an amazing happy hour.If you are a member and able to come for breakfast, I recommend it. Its free and delicious. Dont expect a fancy breakfast but it has all you need.

The food was great. The staff is extremely attentive and does everything possible to make your experience great. They have food/drink options that are prepared table side which is fun to watch. The attire requires a coat but if you forget one they have ones you can borrow. I would highly recommend for anyone celebrating or wanting a nice night out.

The staff here is excellent. While having a reputation as a power lunch hotspot, it is also a nice place for dinner or drinks if you are downtown. My favorite time, however, is during breakfast. I often meet business colleagues here in the early morning (and the main room is nearly empty).

Kicked me out because I was wearing a ballcap. Just had cancer treatment and was uncomfortable. I ordered after I ordered the $100 waygu and was asked to leave. I wouldn’t support nor attend this restaurant. Worst family experience of my life.

I have a membership here, after being introduced to the club by my district broker. The club is great and serves its purpose for whatever reason you have become a member.The staff is remarkable. You will not find a more friendly group of people. They provide service with great pride and make you feel special.The membership director, Kaisha is fantastic. She is a warm, friendly, personable and kindred spirit! The hosts at the sign-in desk are very warm and friendly when greeting you.The food is okay- but remember, you are there for the convenience of the Citrus Clubs client/business atmosphere, and this is a great place to conduct business and build professional relationships. If they could figure out how to improve on the parking garage, that would be a welcoming feat. #letsguide

This is the business social club to join in Orlando! If you are a business owner, and you have not experienced networking at the Citrus Club, you are missing out on a great deal of professional contacts.On top of the professional connections you can build at the club, the staff is professional and courteous, and the food is good too!I also have to give a hat-tip to the bartender Amy, she is superb, her creations hit the spot every time.

The restaurant and staff are great! Thought we signed up for 6 months based on a verbal with David. We rented out their facilities several times a month along with the monthly membership dues, inviting clients and companies to the club to dine with us, etc... After 6 months, we thought the membership was expired based on the verbal with the sales guy David, whom we could never get to speak to us again. What made matters worse is the way Mary Ealy treated us. To treat a client that spent thousands of dollars with they are someone behind on a car payment and its getting ready to be towed is horrible. Being that the Citrus Club has your social security number, they can simply ruin your credit even though according to them, there are 6 months left in the contract, yet they want the funds regardless or they ruin your credit. This is how Im treated and its super disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed the club, yet to be treated in this manner from Mary without any communication from the sales guy speaks volumes. Read the contract carefully because once they have your ss# and things dont go as planned, they may treat you like a company towing your car.

We used to be members, and it was excellent. Then they got a 3-4 M$ improvement award. Since then, it has gone steadily downhill, resulting in our cancelling our membership (final straw was when somebody in jeans and with tattoos was blocking the coffee machine). Food deteriorated, and new amenities were uncomfortable and unpractical.It remains a good place for a function, but we would not recommend memnbership (P.S. their bills were ALWAY wrong).

Top shelf atmosphere and libations, never too crowded. There is always a nice spot for some privacy or always some friendly people at the bar.

I use to be a member of the citrus club, i first sat down with David and spoke about all the benefits and received a tour in which all seemed nice until the citrus club started having problems collecting payment. They switched the way they collect payment and issued black access cards to all members. During this process, a lot of details were confused and the original 6 months i was suppose to pay for a membership in which David told me and my company was completely forgotten. I also was in communication with Mary and she too was very rude about the entire situation. No one has helped us till this day with the problem and the citrus club has simply sent the total we owe that they came up with to collections. They do not handle situations well and will lie to you to get you to sign a contract to become a member. They did not even take into account we were one of their biggest clients and spent thousands of dollars with them outside of the membership. Horrible experience.

Great meeting place and amazing views. The food selection might not be extensive but good. The drink selection is like most down town but the craft beer is limited. The location is all about conducting business and connecting with others.

I️ wish they change their menu a little bit to include more variety but other than that I️ enjoy my free breakfast everyday, I️ enjoy the convenient . Just remember no shorts, no running shoes . Ive been to a lot of places around the world and in Central Florida of this tier. Presented as an exclusive setting downtown, its caters to high expectations. After navigation through the delightful, (sarcasm), downtown traffic to a tight parking garage with terrible layout you might notice small signs to get you to a central elevator to get you to the top.Upon entering, its long hallway to the club atrium. They are setup for functions like weddings and business meetings. People stand around in their jacket dress code. The bar is situated right of the sign in. Think airport Club level experience except you pay a premium for concrete construction crew of the city.Our function was catered. It was on par with optioning youd see at any wedding venue. A chicken, fish, salad, and bar on the side. Globally, the experience was on par with a nice chain restaurant or River City catering setup.Im not sure why anyone would pay membership for this. Its inconveniently located other than its central to greater Orlando. They charge parking. The food isnt anything you cant get better elsewhere. Its was organized with friendly staff. Maybe views are worth it to someone, but maybe Im too practical to understand the allure of this place.A location I can compare to that did it right and made a point to wow every guest was Governors Club in West Palm Beach. So, four-star for being average and marketing in a manner for much higher expectations. That stated, Im not a member and was an observant business-function attendee. Most of my peers have similar views though that been multiple attendee to sessions there.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner social for our wedding guests at the Citrus Club in the Hamlin and Murcott Rooms. The view was beautiful, particularly since we had a view of the nightly fireworks during our event. We served beverages and a dessert selection and truly the desserts were utterly amazing. The Citrus Club did such an amazing job of displaying the desserts and even helped us set up the room and the décor at not extra cost. They were very accommodating with the music/acoustics we needed for our event, including a microphone. The staff was truly helpful and responsive and we couldn’t be happier with how the night went.
