Excellent drop-in CrossFit box in Orlando! Coach was very interactive and detailed oriented. High energy location and excellent WOD. Class is taught in English and Spanish and everyone very, very nice.

Very good choice to drop-in at this location! First impressions really do mean a lot! I was welcomed by the staff and it really felt like I was back at my home box. Great emphasis by instructors to provide demonstration of movements and ensure that technique was being followed. Highly, highly recommend dropping in here!!!

Excellent, clean facility with friendly, helpful trainers. I dropped in for classes while in town to visit Universal Studios. It was close to the park so I didnt have to go far and they had early morning and evening classes so I didnt have to miss time with my family.

Staff is extremely friendly, facility is clean and practicing healthy protocols in every way. Psyched to have this as my new gym.

Came here for a class whilst visiting on holiday and was made to feel really welcome and treated like any other member. I started Cross fit about 5 months ago at Forever Young. I was on a work assignment in Orlando and looking for a fitness community where I could grow as an athlete and meet some great people. From the day I walked in the coaches provided individualized attention to help me attain my fitness goals. They took time to make sure my form was right, my workouts were appropriately challenging, and have always been there to give pro tips along the way. From day 1 every coach remembered my name. Billing and details have also always been easy and transparent. The service at Forever Young is incredible. The community is also extremely welcoming and friendly, whether you are a drop in or a member, everyone takes time to introduce themselves and make you feel welcome. There are lots of events and opportunities to be apart of the family. The logistics, parking, location, etc are extremely convenient. I highly recommend this to anyone whether you have experience or not- or whether you are just dropping in or looking for a good place to make your new fitness home.

Dropped in for 3 days while in town for a conference. My hotel was about a mile away, so I ran there for a warm up and back for a cool down.Carlos did a great job with the programming and the coaching while I was there. There were no massive egos, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely come back to this box if Im back in town.Also, the comments about being a clean facility are spot on. Carlos told me they clean the floors every night!

Small box, excellent for drop ins, extremely clean, with enough equipment making the best of the space. Well ventilated. Excellent coaches with a great vibe. I dropped in while traveling and felt better than back at home. Excellent use of WODify even for drop ins: They had Rx, Scaled, and Novice all modifications from Warm-Up to Cool down on TV screens easy to read and understand. They had good t-shirts for sale and reasonable pricing for 3-day plans. I wish more local boxes treated clients with this much respect, maintained their box so clean, and explained the movements so well. Box doesnt offer child care. Excellent for non-parents. Highly recommend for travelers and locals with no children.

Can’t rate the place highly enough, I did a drop in for a few days from the UK and found a really friendly community, great coaches and just an awesome place to do some CrossFit whilst on holiday. I’ll definitely drop in again when the wife makes me come back to Orlando for the theme parks again. Would absolutely recommend for any new starters or experienced Crossfitters in the area too as there’s a decent standard of other people there to practice with! Until next time! T

I dropped in here while visiting Universal. It is one of THE BEST boxes in the country! All of the coaches I met were awesome, and even though I was a drop-in, they treated me as if I was a regular member. The facility is also fantastic...very organized and the cleanest box Ive ever come across! I wish I lived closer so that I could become a member at Forever Young!

I was visiting Orlando for a week for work. Decided to drop by. The facility is very clean. The coaches at this box are great. The warm-up routine was pretty challenging! They pay a lot of attention on form. Strongly recommend people to try this box out. You wont be disappointed

This is my first time ever attending a Cross Fit gym, Ive other challenging workouts but this is by far the best.Cross Fit is hard, and youll be sore in the beginning, but if it dont hurt-it dont work But what makes Forever Young so freaking cool are the people running the place. They are down to earth and even though theyre in great shape they make you feel instantly part of the group.The other patrons are always happy, smiling, everyone greets you and are very supportive and the whole vibe is about challenging yourself and people supporting each other.

Midday Drop-in. Awesome facility and Coach (Carlos). I felt very welcomed and the WOD was great. I definitely recommend a visit (or joining if you are in the area). Outdoor Rig looks amazing too.

Perfect location. If you are on vacation in Orlando and you need to get your Crossfit fix come to this place. Its clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the the owner is awesome! Crossfit???? I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up for the free class. Well let me tell you, it was an amazing workout and I immediately signed up and have felt great for the last six weeks.The coaches are INCREDIBLE!!! Top notch young professionals, always with giant smiles on their faces, words of encouragement and full of knowledge and patience.The box is always busy and the members are also some of the most genuine folks I have ever met.You never feel alone at this box, the coaches are actively involved and constantly watching everyone at all times. This is the best Box in O-town. Not only they have professional, kind and 100 percent dedicated coaches but also the facilities are impeccables. Its hard to find a box that offers all these together, but in FY you will definitely see as soon as you step in. I have been doing crossfit for over more than 2 years, I moved to this box a year ago and I can see a huge improvement in my movements and as an athlete. I am definitely so happy and love my box. If you ever in town you need to check them out, and if you are looking to get into the Crossfit world, this is the best place to do it.

Was a drop of in here a few times, while we were visiting Universal Studios and stayed at Cabana Bay. It is less than a mile run / UBER over there. Very friendly people and has a good community feel, which you should be accustomed to in any box. Great diversity of people and good layout of the box. Even has an outside right, where I suffered through the 100pus in Murph. Sign up for WODify before you go, to save time.

I dropped in (on late notice) and everyone at FY was awesome.They were there to pick up the phone, worked with my traveling circumstances, and help me get through an awesome workout!Afterwards I hung around and got the opportunity to cheer one of their coaches on during his workout!I have owned 3 gyms and been in the CF community for 6 years.. Great box!!! I dropped in while at a tradeshow at the OCCC. Coach Gabriel and Coach Tanner were incredible. Treated me like a regular and not a drop in. If you are looking to drop in or looking to get into crossfit it is a great place to go.
