I had a large project and rented a total of 4 dumpsters from them. Each time they delivered on time, called ahead 30 minutes before delivery and picked up on time. Very easy to work with and great communication

I rented an 11x8 dumpster from Bin There Dump That for all the carpet, tile, etc. I was having torn out of a property I am renovating. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. When I called to schedule, arrangements were made easily and professionally and my questions were answered completely. The men arrived with the dumpster at the time/date scheduled, masked and in company shirts. They were courteous, professional, and friendly. They asked me exactly where I wanted the dumpster located and were very careful in placing the dumpster so as not to injure the paved driveway. When I called for pickup the men came first thing the very next day and quickly and efficiently removed the dumpster. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I ordered a dumpster for a house clean up and a bathroom remodel. The process was very easy and professional. My dumpster was dropped off Monday morning on time. The whole process was really straight-forward - all it takes is one quick phone call. They give you the total price up-front for a 10-day rental, you pick a date, and thats it. It was really nice not having to do calculations like other companies make you do to figure out the final cost, and they include things (like using a pallet to prevent damage to your driveway) that other companies offer for additional cost. Theyll call you ahead of drop-off and pick-up, but you dont need to be present. The dumpster itself was super easy to use thanks to the door. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience. The guy dropping off the bin placed it just where we needed it. You have an option to walk into the Bin, instead of having to lift and dump things in. Next day service and no damage to the pavers. The owner also called me when I mistakenly paid twice and tore up the check. Who does that? People you can trust.

From day one of calling this company for a quote and speaking with Carlos, to calling in for pick up and speaking with Doug. This entire experience was pleasant and professional. The bin opened with ease and allowed us to walk in and place our cabinet pieces in without having to lift over our heads and throw it in. The 10 yrd. held so much stuff and stayed below their threshold. The delivery guy was nice and was able to drop and pick up on his own. This gave me confidence that they have a good system for their employees. I also can’t say enough about the adorable name of this company. How creative!!! So, please use them if you need them.

We had to do some major clutter cleaning from my mother in law’s house, and she had over 20 years of clutter. Not knowing what I needed, they were able to help me determine the size I needed and quote me over the phone. They called before delivery as stated and the driver was extra careful when dumping it off. They do lay wood down to protect the driveway, which was something we were concerned about. Once we got it loaded, made the call and they came out Monday to pick it up. I will use them again soon to do yard waste clean up for some tree limbs we took down. Thank you for the great service, you will be recommended.

While doing our kitchen re-model it came to a point where I had to remove the existing tile floor. I called a company that seemed to be reputable and was told it would be delivered between 12:00 & 2:00pm, well when the dumpster was never delivered and I had piles of tiles throughout my home, I was officially in a bind.My daughter started searching for an other company, so I could try to do something with all the mess, but by then it was already 8:00pm, when she came across “bin-there-dump-that” with a 24 hour service number. She called and talked with attendant and explained our situation, right away we could here the concern in his voice, he fully understood the mess I was in and assured us they would be able to drop off a dumpster the next day, a Saturday I might add!! After being screwed once I was not sure what to expect but by 2pm they had delivered the dumpster as promised.There is no need to go any place else or do any further research, this is the company to call for any need they can provide!!!!!
