No concern or understanding. Laid off during Covid19 and they did not want to work out any payment plans or give me time to receive unemployment,so during Covid19 they picked up the sofa from my house. No very sanitary, as they will try to resell it. So Sad.

I have never had a problem here until a payment ago when they charged me the wrong amount because of their own employee informing me of the wrong account. Then the manager Matthew has the unprofessional attitude to tell me that its my responsibility to pay the correct amount. And now he says that he refuses to take my payment when its owed. So only option I have is to pay half a payment because they messed up my account. They need to learn to be professional and learn how to get there accounts in order. Also read the notes of when to collect payment. Also know how to speak to your customers cause you should know that customers are the ones who pay you through you employer. I am more then happy to return the furniture. I can pay it but I refuse to make payments until they get there stuff together. Love how I was planning on getting a washer dryer and fridge for my new house but Im not going to deal with a company that messes up accounts. Untrustworthy and disrespectful is all I have to say.

Furniture originally $1100.00 if I paid by 6 months, I am still making payments $3000.00 later.Don’t get me wrong everyone is nice, however I don’t care for there system.If you pay off within 6 months then this might be a good option.My couch set was $1100 which was perfect!!!Awesome deal. However within the 6months somethings happened and I didn’t get to finish the payments like I thought I would.So... I have signed up for a long sentence of payments, making the monthly payments are not enough to really do anything!I am frustrated!!! The contract backs them up just fine. I just feel like I made the biggest mistake by purchasing this way. I have put in a lot of money into this couch set! You would think it’s made of gold!I am ashamed to say I have put over $3000 dollars in this couch and I’m not done yet!I just did the math and my heart sank into my chest! The guy I spoke with tells me I still owe a little over $1000.00The funny part is I’m not done paying and when I get the call they are offering for me to buy something else.I tell people about them but I also tell them what happens if you don’t pay with in the 6 months. If you can’t pay within 6 months DONT SIGN THAT CONTRACT.If it wasn’t for my credit in question and ALL the $$$ money I put in I would return the furniture.I won’t buy anything from here again!!!

Un profesional managers that will have harassment calls about three times a day .I had a furniture for more than 1 year I admit I payed payments late which was affecting me not them because I was paying also late fees and they turned around and took my furniture I was only owing 64.00 dollars to put the account up to date and for that they took it.really inconsiderate when I told the manager I had no full time job but still trying to make payments and I was a customer for 5 years so please dont loose your money over these people not worth a dime. Even if you pay late a few day they still charge late fees and still take your furniture they are lucky if one day they get a law suit cause that is called stealing.
