The team at this location are amazing! Joyce did an extraordinary job with finding me a dining room table. They didn’t have the one I really wanted so I chose a different one and they didn’t have it but she went above and beyond to find me an even better table and I love it! Most definitely will continue to come here

Poor customer service there ads are false it’s not same day. They give nothing but a run around and no follow through.

It’s a shame to do a review and I have to give at least one star because you don’t deserve any. Your new commercial is a lie you need to take it off of tv Because it is false advertisement this is probably the worst place you’d ever want to get furniture from

Misleading advertising. They clearly advertise same day delivery. And the nerve of these people. They told me When we get around to your application we will let you know and then I told the management that I would prefer to use the other store on Oakridge. Then Im not sure what they told the other store. But the Oakridge store said they spoke to a manager from another store and was advised bot to do business with me. I am not sure what she said that I said. I spoke with with nothing but good manners and did not deserve to be treated in that manner. I will call corporate. I had all the appropriate documents. Shame on them. Rent a center on old winter garden and hiawassee is a bad business.

They gave me the run around for 5 days. I. Walked in and filled out my application waiting for my same day delivery but that didnt happen. I called the next day and I was told that my reference numbers and my landlord did not respond to there phone calls and that they needed new numbers for my reference. For 5 days straight I got the same excuse and never received a call from them letting me know what the hold up was. I only new cause i was the one calling everyday. Anyways im on day 5 and I call my landlord only to find out they never called or sent a fax to my lanlord and when I told them at rent a center they apologized and said she was gonna send it right that moment 🤗 and my references ended up calling rent a center. Never eeeeeever going back to that location.

Didnt have what I needed, a small tv. It seems to be all about the big screen, My place isnt that big.

Very unprofessional, customer service is very poor. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to the rent a center.
