TeleAvianca Express is my go to shipping company when shipping to Colombia. I constantly order items and have them shipped to TeleAvianca where they package everything up and ship to Colombia. Over the past two years I have shipped 51 boxes and not one has been lost or damaged. These have included some rather heavy and large items. Shipping usually takes about five to six days to arrive. The employees are always helpful and courteous too. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to ship to Colombia.

We were told that the rate going to Colombia was 1.50 a lb. However the sign said .99 cents a lb. Once confronted the lady indicated the difference was in time. We pay more and it would be there by Saturday. We pay less it will be there by Monday or Tuesday. Today is Sunday and there was no delivery. Basically we were robbed. Plus there is an extra charge for using credit or debt. The charge is about 2.00 extra processing a credit transaction is usually .50 cents or less, but they charge four times that to make more profit. I have done business here for many years, and for many years I have enjoyed there service. Something recent has happened as the above has taken place and there customer service is poor. Plus the internet states that they close at 4 pm on Saturdays.... this is not true they close when they want, we arrived at 3:30 pm the previous weekend and the store attendant seen us drive in and continued to lock the door and close 30 minutes early.
