Pilot did a excellent job on delivery of my furniture. Even though the window was from 11-3pm they delivered a few hours past the window and I’m a happy camper. So have patience especially in these times we are living in as help is getting harder to come by.Also want to thank the women in the office for their excellent customer service.

Shipped date from Utah was 8/24. Today is sept 9th. Still no package. I Called them everyday.. I got a different answer with each Rep. Somehow it takes 2-3 weeks from UT. When I called--1 rep gave date and time for delivery- and she didnt even know if the package was at the facility. Worst shipper I know.. Never again. I tell people NOT to use them. They are horrible..

Got a delivery from Sam’s club. The two “gentlemen” knocked over my plant by my front door and didn’t even bother to pick it up. Basically left the tv at my door. I’d would not use this company in future and would honestly stop buying from Sam’s if they only use this shipping company. Zero stars.Edit: oh, and they left a large zip tie on the ground in my driveway. Didn’t even bother to pick it up. Usually that wouldn’t even be a problem, but these guys were just awful, so it added to the poor experience.

Ive had the misfortune of dealing with this freight company three times. They cannot be more incompetent and hard to communicate with.I would steer clear of anything from dell, best buy, and purple that will be shipped by freight if you value your items arriving on time, without damage, and without wasting your own time waiting on cable technician like delivery windows which they dont adhere to.

Bought my child a bed. had to schedule 3 different delivery dates, each time Pilot Delivery was a no call no show. No one answers phones for local or main office. I was on hold over 3 hours and no one took my call. Then, on a Friday afternoon, they said theyd try to get it to me next week. extremely disappointed in this terrible company. dont believe the fake 5 star reviews

I have been told 3 times now that pilot would be picking up a TV that I ordered from Walmart.com. I have been sitting on the phone for almost an hour and no one has come on the line. What kind of company is this. 3 strikes and you’re out. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Terrible company.

If I could give no stars I would. I was having a treadmill picked up between 11-3 Supposedly the driver came and no one was here. I have cameras outside, 6 dogs, and a loud doorbell I promise no one stopped by. After 3 hours of calling and no answer, someone(Jen I believe) called me the next morning to reschedule. She was not apologetic nor understanding and made it seem like I was a liar and should’ve requested a call prior to the delivery. I was home though Did I have to request for them to ring my doorbell and call me when they got here if they thought no one was home as well? She then preached about how it wasn’t her fault but where was everyone from 2-530pm that no one answered the phones? Finally, a week later, the man comes. No hello, nothing. Just “Here for the treadmill” ok led him to the room where it was and he loaded it up and left without saying a word, I didn’t have to sign off on anything apparently. Just rude These people suck and are unreliable. STAY AWAY!!!

Let me start off by saying the delivery person was several hours early, but someone was home to receive it luckily. However, I can see where this might be a problem for someone else. Other than that, the delivery person was nice, professional and very helpful.

My delivery is set for 1-5pm. I’ve called 3 different times to get a better idea on when the delivery will actually arrive. First person hung up on my 2 other times went to voicemail after waiting 10 minutes. I can almost guarantee I will not receive a call back. I had to call them to schedule a time window, if I didn’t I would probably never get the product. Seeing as it’s pouring rain in Florida, I think a shorter delivery window or atleast some communication would be great.Update: delivery driver was very helpful. He went uphill in the rain pushing a 156 lbs box then helped me get it in the house. Only saving grace of the deal is the delivery.

Called the Orlando office at 11am on a Monday morning in response to an email saying a delivery was available and needed to be scheduled. Not only did the website not allow me to schedule delivery, all three customer service staff were not available by phone when called, and neither were both managers. I guess nobody works here.Called national corporate offices for customer service. They still have not gotten back in touch with me. I hope this company goes out of business.

I had a delivery confirmation for a 3-7 window. They no called no showed and I wasted half my day waiting on them. The subcontracted delivery company called the next morning to say that my delivery was damaged. Really?! At what point did it get damaged? Why didn’t I get a phone call to say it was damaged and you weren’t going to be delivering it?I ended speaking with Kurt the General Manager at the Orlando location and he was little to no help. Didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I asked him what he was going to do to make it right. His response “Pilot is not an organization that takes unsatisfactory performance lightly--the customer experience is paramount in our culture.”I disagree... your 2.5 stars on Google say otherwise. Customer service is a lost art.

Terrible service. Sent the wrong products 4 times, rescheduled delivery without permission twice. And finally, their driver REFUSED to deliver a full table set up to my apartment. What?! This is delivery, and its never been an issue before. They left us to our own devices after everything that they put us through. Unbelievable. Worst company Ive dealt with in years.

Got a call on 7/10 from Orlando location asking about my zip code, said package was routed to them by accident and should have been routed to Miami, and they will send it there.Two weeks later and dozens of calls (to Miami this location doesnt pick up nor return messages) package no only not in Miami, but apparently now is lost.I am not sure why would anyone use this company for shipping, there are much more reliable alternatives, and although things happen, their customer service is one of the worse Ive ever encountered.

By far one of the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. The customer service team does not have any idea whats going on. I spoke to a gentleman who had an attitude right off the bat and told me I was wrong about my delivery date even after seeing that it was confirmed for the date I asked for. This happened twice when I tried to have my package delivered. Luckily the supervisor was able to make up for the customer service teams short comings. I hope they can train the staff better, it would make calling them less of a hassle and more pleasant.

Got my email saying between 3-7pm which was fine but kids are on summer break so we wanted to plan something. Got a call around 11:30 asking if he could drop it off in 15 minutes. I was so excited not to have to wait all day and theres still plenty of time left to go have some fun! He was very professional and took his time unloading the very big box.

The absolute worst. They can’t seem to understand what a delivery date / commitment is. They rechecked the delivery 3 times, the on the third time had the audacity to call me 20 minutes before delivery and said the could wait ANY minutes for me to get home. I refused delivery right then and there. Yet they REFUSED to acknowledge it for one week. Needles to say the held my money hostage for over a week while they worked through they worst system ever. NEVER. EVER. Di businesses with this TERRIBLE Organization. Never ever do business with a company that picks this “logistics” company. They don’t understand what consumers expect in 2019.

First, I had a delivery window of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and then just before 3:00 pm, I get a voicemail from the driver that he cant make it due to issues with his truck, so ok, probably not his fault, but then when they finally do arrive with the TV that I am giving my father for Christmas and we get it out of the box, it has the damage shown in the attached photo. Would not recommend this company to ship or handle any merchandise.

UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: After receiving a shipment with a broken TV, I contacted Dell and they sent a second/replacement TV out and used Pilot once again to deliver. This time the TV came from a different city/state.Upon learning that Pilot was going to be handling the delivery again, I immediately sent an e-mail to both the corporate Pilot office by using the web form on their website, and then also to the local station here in Orlando using their e-mail address, also taken from their website.I received a response frome someone at a corporate level who advised that they would get involved and also the district manager, Bud Morin, for Orlando. As promised, I was contacted by Mr. Morin and he expressed concern and interest in making my experience with the second delivery a better one. Mr. Morin also coordinated an earlier delivery date in a separate van, and also arrived with the delivery driver to my home and assisted in opening and inspecting the new TV. I was impressed with this level of customer service and as promised, I am writing this redeeming review.

Drivers refused to bring my mattress packaged in a gigantic cardboard box into my apartment because that would involve bringing it up a flight of stairs (the apartment does not have a first floor). They said I needed to select white glove service when I placed the order, but there was NO option for what type of delivery I would receive. I was told they would either leave the mattress outside (where it would get drenched with thunderstorms) or they were going to cancel the delivery and take the mattress with them. I emphasized that I would be unable to carry the mattress upstairs and it was about to start raining. The TWO delivery men continued to refuse to do anything with the mattress except leave it outside. (By the way, the mattress is already five days late being delivered.) The drivers called a person back in the office who reiterated what the drivers were saying and then hung up on me. Amazing how the tune changed when cash got involved. What was probably 20 minutes of obstinance and refusal ended up with about a 30 second walk up a flight of stairs with a mattress once money was offered. What a racket! Do not use this company!!!

Delivery appointment time was scheduled between 12 -3. Driver said they would be there at 3. 3 comes and goes now being told 430 or 5? Seriously? Kept calling and getting the run around. They will be there any minute...they are on their way...blah blahs blahs. Finally shows up at 630. At least the driver was nice and apologetic but customer service at the Orlando office sucks!

Absolutely the worst company on the face of the earth. First it takes forever to reach them. They schedule the delivery, don’t show up, don’t call, don’t email nothing. Then I called to find out why, just to be told they transferred the delivery to another company, the gave me a # to call the other company. Deadend. Company tells me call Pilot back, I called them back, scheduled the delivery, they don’t show up, don’t call, nothing. Then I called the local office, they say I can’t help you, call the LA office. OMG, they are absolutely the worst. Shock they are still in business. Wow! I’mStill without the item I ordered that was suppose to be delivered Dec 17, then 24, then 31, then Jan 9th. Pilot Freight delivered four large furniture packages for me, from an online retailer. They called during the week and set a 4 hour delivery window, for 2 days later, and they delivered on time and within the time-frame window. The two delivery guys were very kind and helpful, and they did a great job bringing everything inside my home, damage free, and made sure the packages were even standing upright in the correct position. Thank you, Pilot Freight services for an extremely fast, stress-free, and easy delivery experience.

Reading these reviews before my shipment came made me paranoid as all hell. However, either none of the good customers are reviewing or I just got really lucky. The drivers got to my home within the time frame, were nice, and even allowed me to open my package to inspect for damages. No complaints.

Despite all the bad comments my service was excellent. The team was very attentive to all questions and even assisted me with getting my merchandise early from their dock as this was not permitted by the company I purchased from. Upon inspection everything appeared to be handled very well during the shipment and I visually found no damage to my wheels.

Zero class. The driver for these guys double parked in the entrance to a couldesac and wouldnt move his truck. It took us calling the police and him taking his sweet time to unload a box before he moved. Then claimed he couldnt back up and made us and several other cars to back up so he could turn around in the circle. Dont use this company!!!

This company and the way they treat customers is absolutely garbage. After spending an entire unpaid day off of work waiting for a delivery that never came I was made to hunt down my own package. The girl at the customer service call center said she was unable call the Orlando location because the phones were down but I was able to get in touch with them not 30 seconds after hanging up the phone. After being on hold the guy says he found my package and it wasn’t scanned in because the label was scuffed up. ( that’s confidence inspiring and I can’t wait to see the condition of this box) He tells me he can have my product delivered in two days from now..... OK??? how about a “sorry” or any apology for that matter. If I hadn’t had called and done the legwork for the customer service girl, how long would my box have sat at that dock. The fact that absolutely no effort was made by anyone to make the situation right says a lot about this company and the overall corporate culture. Nothing feels better than spending a small fortune shipping a product via freight and having them not give the slightest bit of effort to get your product to you on time.........

HORRIBLE company!!!!!!! Wish I could leave a zero star! My delivery was scheduled 1-5 pm. I called at 4:40pm to confirm with them and she said driver was running late and it would be closer to 6-6:30. Well that came and went. Finally arrived at 8pm. One man only. Drug my heavy breakable item up three brick stairs to my door. He was rude and never apologized for me waiting all day. Horchow was kind enough to refund me money from the item but said they couldn’t refund any of the delivery. PLEASE read every other negative review. They are all true ! DO NOt use them!!!!!!!!

Tracking was way off. Sent an email, and got response they would contact me. Package tracking showed arrival one away from my house on 3/1/2016, and estimated delivery 3/4/2016. I get a card in the mail on 3/7/2016 to call for delivery. Guy on the phone was a smart ass and said I couldnt get it till the 9th. So I told him if that was the case he could ship it back. He says ok, and hung up. A package sitting one hour from my house for 7 days before Im contacted is unacceptable. Customer service sucks.

Email stating Mattress deliver would be on 11/14/2018 between 1500 PM and 1900 PM. NO CALL NO SHOW!!!! I called the Customer Service Line at 1920 PM to be told that they cant reach the office and they didnt have the drivers phone number. She then said, well if they dont show up youll just have to reschedule. Gave up hope at 2100 PM.......Called Customer Service Number again on 11/15/2018 at 0950 AM to be placed on hold to be hung up on. Called back at 1000 AM due to the phone ringing busy for 10 Minutes to be told that the system was down and they couldnt look anything up. The customer service rep then told me she had spoken with the other guys and they told her they would be out in my area tomorrow between 1200 PM and 1600 PM but the system is down so Ill have to call you back. Worst Shipping Experience Ive Ever Had and probably the worst Customer Service Ive ever dealt with!! I would recommend using any other Shipping Service!!!

AVOID THIS SHIPPER! They claim to have lost my $1,200 large freight and then told me they found it the next day and I rescheduled twice for delivery and they never delivered. When I called again, they said it was still lost. I wasted 3 days waiting for the freight and had to file a claim with Amazon. Later, I read many complaints like mine on the BBB and Consumer Affairs websites. I also ran across a blog posting from an ex employee who said the employees and managers steal items and report them lost. I wouldnt even give them one star, but you have to give at least one to leave feedback. Amazon has a huge reputation for great service, so it is beyond me, why they use this shipper with so many complaints.

One of the most unprofessional companys Ive dealt with. I was suppose to receive my frieght on the 15th and they rescheduled dilivery for the 16th because apparently theyre freight truck only goes out on certain days or at their convenience. and when I called to see what was going on because theyre only located 25 miles from my house, a rude lady named Deborah picked up to tell me either take it on the 16th or leave it its your only option when I asked to speak to a manager she refused and told me to call back later and hung up in my face.

If you can go with another service please do upon speaking to the scheduling and dispatching number Amazon gave me they were great until it came time to be on schedule then I called the Orlando office directly and spoke to Melissa which might I add was rude had a load of attitude and lied to me throughout the call she started off with it was my fault she couldnt find my pick up request then it went on to well she wasnt the one that scheduled the drivers shes just a dispatcher she told me shed call the driver to see where he was and put me on hold 15 minutes later told me it was against their policy to call drivers or have them call me very unperfessional pick up service hopefully I never have to deal with pilot again

I’m not sure if they’re just terribly disorganized or if they’re incompetent, but this station is terrible at delivery. Every time I called, I was told something different. Then a woman calls me and tells me that she’s personally been trying to get ahold of me for a week and that I’ve never answer nor called in. Not surprising that she didn’t have any call logs to back that claim up, especially since my AT&T history easily disproves her claims. It took two calls to the national call center to get them to make a schedule concession since I wasted a day waiting for a delivery they claim was never scheduled. I would never willingly ship anything through this location again, though I can’t say that Pilot Freight as a whole is bad — the national call desk actually knew how to provide customer service.

Pilot Freight Services shipped the $1400 4kUHD television I had purchased from Sams Club. Upon arrival, they made me sign the delivery receipt before I could open the box to inspect the TV. The delivery man said this was company policy. I explained the TV could have been shattered to pieces, and their company was forcing me to sign paperwork that specifically said the merchandise was Visually inspected and received in good condition without being able to actually do the inspection, thereby accepting the broken pieces for my $1400. He said I was only allowed to inspect the outer cardboard box. I wrote on the receipt that I was prevented from inspecting the merchandise, and signed it. I have full faith in Sams Club that, if the TV had been damaged, or was the wrong TV, Sams Club would have done the right thing. This is an unacceptable customer service policy on behalf of Pilot Freight Services.
