After confirming the time frame for delivery the driver never showed. I reached out to them since the window was closing. I was told that whomever I confirmed with the day before never processed it so my package was not on the truck. I took the day off so I can receive it. At this point their staff was very nice and she arranged a later delivery. However when the driver came with the package he refused to take it upstairs. The Amazon delivery specifically indicates the package will be brought to the door and MCO Freight staff confirmed this, however the driver did not want to bring it up still. This was a large package which I had to break down in the parking lot in front of my detached garage and bring up myself. Friendly staff on the phone but based on my experience I would not recommend.
