They are so expensive. They tell you one price over the phone or in person but when time to pick up there prices change and then they start adding extra cost to each item. They even charge extra just cause they paying in DR. I shipped from new york with way cheaper prices mind you new york to DR is further then from Florida to DR. I will never ship my stuff from them again. The lady is noce and all but there price is crazy high

Employees are very polite and professional, the owner on the other hand is very vulgar. I had a box 18x18x28 that they charge $70 and weighed 41 lbs they want to charge me $70 for a stroller that was less than 20lbs. I wanted to discuss why was it so expensive he told me that if I didn’t like the price and service to go pick it and that’s exactly what I did.

They are a rip off,i was sending new clothes to my family in Nagua and they wanted to charge me 5$,for each piece of clothes that was in the box and on top of that they wanted to charge 400$,the fat old lady at the location on Oakridge is very rude,she needs some serious Public relationship skills,I made a complaint to better business bureau on them,they go inside your box and search up all of your things also,i will never recommend them to anyone and I will never use them

This company is the worst. 2 months ago they came to get me a table and 4 patio lights. That I came back in plastic and I put it in two pairs to send it to mocha. I live in Broward County and Mr. Martinez sent some people to look for the merchandise, they did not measure a fault and did not tell me how much the shipment would cost.
