I normally like tendering here but the lady at United that opened this morning is so unprofessional and rude she needs to be retrained on customer service. Im not going to put no names but they really need to check the attitude on some of their employees at United
They close at 8 so get there well beforehand. Also they dont have a public restroom so dont even ask. I gave them a better review than Delta cargo. Southwest cargo is the best by far out of the three.
Above and beyond service
Received 70 boxes in our shipment soaked in water. All the contents of the boxes are damaged. And instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on the airline. Im pretty sure the aircraft wasnt leaking. And Im pretty sure it is their responsibility to carefully cover up a shipment if there is rain when transporting it from the aircraft to their warehouse, and not the airlines. Just received another shipment yesterday, and about 10 boxes are wet again. I think they have some kind of a leakage in their warehouse because it did not rain in the past few days. They really need to own up to their mistakes and apologize. Especially, I think it was Jennifer Thomas who appeared extremely indifferent whatsoever with no regards to the loss in business we experienced due to their negligence, and did not even apologize once as a courtesy.

They online agent told us to arrive one hour prior to the flight departure, we arrived two hours early, but they let us waited for fifteen minutes and complained that we are too late to ship. The agents there were just insolent, keeps nitpick about our pet carrier cases and various problems without proving solutions, showed an overall attitude of doesn’t care at all. Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.
They ship my package to Orlando instead of Tampa, then they don’t call or e-mail me to let me know that they have it, it sits there for 10 days and the tell me it’s my fault. I drive 2 hours to pick it up and they don’t let me use the restroom. Very unhappy experience, overall rude staff.
