Randy Clark at Emergency Services & Reconstruction is such a wonderful man. We had a house fire in December of 2015 and Randy was put in charge of our rebuild. Randy was knowledgeable and always so kind. Randy really pushed for us to get us home as soon as possible. He worked with us and always made himself available via text or phone. And he went out of his way to bring samples to me when it was tough to take our baby in the car. Randy has an ease about him that instantly makes you feel comfortable. He works really hard for the people who he is helping and the job he does is not an easy one and he does a spectacular job ... I am so grateful that we had him in charge of our rebuild. We dont know what we would have done without him. I highly recommend Randy Clark... I would have put more than 5 stars... he deserves more! πŸ˜„

My house was flooded and my insurance company sent Emergency Services & Reconstruction out to handle our issues. I have to say I could not have pick a better team to do the work at my home. I was devastated about the flood because my daughter was getting married during this time. I cant say enough about Wayne, Dillon, Mary and many others they went above and beyond to make everything work for this special time in our life. They worked around the wedding and my family being here it was amazing!! Mary went through our belongings and found the handkerchief that was my grandmothers that my daughter was to carry on her wedding day. She had the handkerchief delivered to my house before the big day. If you are looking for this type of service you definitely want this team on your side!! All I can say is THANK YOU and you guys ROCK!! Emergency Services has some awesome caring people!! Thank you so much for you kindness during a trying and beautiful time in our lives.

Assigned to this contractor (bda as Res-Con) by my insurance company and now having issues getting repairs started. They apparently are having staffing troubles and have no estimator, so there is nobody to write a supplemental request for more funds from our insurance. The staff that I have interacted with are polite & responsive, but there has been no action; no change in status since early November. (Its January now.) Just wishing there had been more Google reviews on them before we went forward and sent them our deductible, as they are holding over $13,000 dollars to replace a roof and repair water damage to our living room ceiling! For that money, we have gotten a tarp & sandbags.UPDATE: A day after placing this review and contacting Res-Con via email, the owner Bob C. called to apologize and get things moving. They at least began the permitting process. I will update again as soon as work starts.

We are going through in a very tough times. It tooks longer to finished our home damaged from a house fire 2017 and finished only in 2019. If we have known before that this would happen, we should hire a different company. We feel like our disability accommodation have been discriminated. Too bad we are in this deepest hole.

My husband and I had a flood in our home that damaged all of our flooring. Emergency Services and Reconstruction was recommended by our insurance company, and James Brabb, our contractor, was there the same day drying the floors and ensuring the damage was minimized. James oversaw the installation of flooring and restoration of our cabinetry. He and all the workers we met over the following weeks were skilled, quick to respond and wonderful to work with. He worked the insurance companys timeline to get us back into our home quickly. From beginning to end, Emergency Services & Reconstruction was professional, prompt and all the work was of the highest quality.

In December 2017 a car crashed thru our house. Extensive damage. A representative from ESR came and got the gaping hole boarded up that night. We moved out in January but work didnt begin until April. Randy Clark was the Project Manager and was awesome to work with the reconstruction going good.THEN...ESR was bought out by another company. Everyone was quiting. Randy saw our job thru most of the completion then he too left. Since then no contact from them. My house is not finished and I doubt this company will finish it. Randy told us to purchase items needed and we would receive reimbursement at the end. This was July 2018. I cant even get any one to call me including the new head guy, Testa. My house remains unfinished and we are out $2,000+.Im going to contact the new Corporate headquarters...Wish me luck

Stay away....far away. My accident happened in 2017 and I am still dealing with an incomplete house and they owe me $5K+. My calls, emails and text messages are ignored. They have ripped me and my insurance company off big time. Do not deal with this company.

The response side of this organization was stupendous. They arrived with hours, went to work immediately and had my flooded library and bathroom dried out inside a few days. They boxed all my collections and placed them in a storage cube. When I reported uniforms were mixed in the stored boxes, a staff member dug out, laundered and folded, and returned them in a day. Restoration side forgot us and did not return call. A month later, we fired the Restorer and hired our own contractor. Then we heard from him after the BBB got involved. By all means, hire the Response folk. Forget the Restoration side.

I have never experienced a fire before and was very emotional and all over the place. Before Lealani walked up I had been approached by a few more companies. The only concern was getting my landlords information. I refused and sent them away. Here comes this red car with this beautiful soul that you could feel as she walked up. Her attitude was very different then the others. Her main concern was to make sure everyone was ok.It was so crazy because I had only the pleasure of five minutes of her time before my landlord pulled up. I told her today is your lucky day..but actually it was mine because she has went above and beyond to assist me with anything. I can call and get her when I cant get my landlord. She is a very pleasant bright to the bad situation. She even let me see the good out of the situation. You are very lucky to have her apart of your team.. Keep up the good work many blessings.

Bob Hutchison is exceptionally knowledgable, very efficient and a pleasure to work with.
